All Kidding aside, Wish everyone safe travels to the games this weekend, and for sure, the team with the most points will win.

Boy this thread is going no where. lol   This could be one of the best games ? Dawgs are on a roll , might have the best Defense this side of Carthage? If they can catch some passes, they win this game. If they play Bellville, Cows won't get past the 50 yard line. 

All I want to know is, How does Bellville have all these big giant kids playing almost every year? As a Teenager growing up in Central Texas, We would stay away from the Bellville area Dance Halls, and functions, cause they were full of Big Hairy Fat Girls. But I guess this has allowed them to have some good Football over the years, that and the Slot T? lol 

If Bellville surprises me and puts a wuppin on Madisonville , they are gonna be hard to beat .

Yes but He still left it a possibility, depending how this plays out ? Just guessing here, but I think he wanted to be on the recruiting list of the other teams, in case the Aggies screw the pooch with hiring a new coach. We can second guess this all day, but He has to do what's best for him and his family.

Shorts and T-shirt weather tonight boys, and no rain. I feel better about this game as the week as progressed. Just a Rumer, but Tigers playing Madisonville at Planet Ford next Friday. Time will tell. lol

My apologies if I'm a bit pessimistic, just passing on what I have been told. Even Rocky can't win one hand tied behind his back. But I hope you are right about it.

IMO , this next game for Bellville will be a better judge of where they are at ? Secondary will get tested for sure. If they man handle Madisonville, then they have a legitimate shot. I'm just not sure , with all the negative issues going on at WOS, that was was the game to set your future in Stone? But this Friday will tell more of the story for sure. As much as I would love to see Silsbee and Bellville, I don't think Silsbee wins this week, unless there's some sort of miracle healing burst out of the heavens . Theres just too much damage I'm afraid, and now throw in this Flu crap going round. We will see.  

What happens here, if Silsbee, or maybe Jasper and WOS, say heck with trying to schedule out of a 5 team district, and they all opt up? That would be kinda interesting?

They are big, and run the ball extremely well, a typical small town physical team. try to catch our safeties eyes in the backfield, and throw it a couple times. If Tigers can make them throw it, game is over.

A few weeks ago , This game wouldn't concern  me at all, but Silsbee is beat up, not only physically but mentally. Blame it on what or whomever, but is what it is, time will tell.

It's been discussed here before, but imagine Bellville, Cuero, or Wimberly having to play 3 games in district against teams that are as good or better than them, then going into play offs. In my opinion it has got to take its tole on the kids, especially at the 4a and lower levels. Like I said, just my take , from another wanna b coach in the stands. lol

If they get there the 3d round is gonna be a struggle, regardless of who it is? One thing for sure, they will not have to play WOS again.

I think , Tigers played better than you think, considering the weather, and Miller wounded. Baltrop missed most of 2nd half, Kibbles missed the whole 4th qtr.  All that said , you have to give Sealy credit, they brought back 3 players that missed early games, and changed their offense to match their talent. They were running a two and three back offense, with a well coached O LINE. where as, on film against Bellville, they were in straight spread mostly. If they give Coach Finely time, Sealy will start to give Bellville some competition in that District.

As far as Tigers Injury problems, which raise their ugly heads this time of year.

Miller , day to day game time decision.  Baltrop, same,   Both might have to sit this week.

Other Starters have a Broken Foot, a Broken Toe, strained Knee, quad bruise, Torn shoulder Muscle, Told Some will play, some wont.

If your looking to make a run to a State Championship, IMO , Div 1 might not be any easier? If your just trying to win District or make the playoffs , maybe so, but there is a reason Carthage is very happy in Div 2.

A good Rain plays to the favor of Bellville, I'm afraid. 3 yards and a cloud of splash. lol
