I'm just telling you what I saw film, "son", and the film don't lie.

Well, neither do records and I will educate you on an old saying...

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

Kirbyville knows what they are doing and whatever game film you saw isn't any indication as to how good this team is.

I have seen Coldspring and I know right now that if they ain't broke this week they will be next...LOL

I guess all of us are wrong and you are the only one right, huh?  Go figure!  Yeah i called you "son", and why are you still up?  beddy bye time isn't it?
  3. what does the line have to do with Ford getting down the field and blocking.  Ask anyone that thinks before they speak.  A great example was this past week when he put a BB player on their back right before Ervine unusually fumbled the ball in the first half.  I have seen him make many blocks this year.  have you ever noticed how many times people complain about hoilding?  That there should tell u that people look at more than just the ball carrier every play.  Go to bed you got school in the morning son!!!!

Good job trojans, way to finish strong. We made the offensive adjustments we needed to and there was an obvious difference in the second half scoring thirty points, but that's what the great teams do, they are able to adjust and change their gameplan up. Defense held us in this one the entire first half, with andries the DL returning that interception for a TD, changing the momentum and leaving us with a halftime lead. Then they played lights out the second half giving up no points. Looks like cold city and kirbyville are headin' on a collision course and all I say is WATCH OUT KIRBYVILLE, THE FREIGHT TRAIN IS COMIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HA HA HAH HA HA HA

Im gonna love it when Kv shuts your mouth for you in about 2 weeks.  Gonna put you in your place.  Don't put the cart before the horse buddy, ya'll still have another game to get through just the same as KV.  If you think for one minute KV was anywhere near stride you are sadly mistaken, and this isn't the first foolish thing you have said about KV, as I pointed out in another thread.  You need to think before overloading your hummingbird body with that alligator mouth.

I think one of the Wildcats greatest advantages is Ford but not just because of his rushing. Every week you can read the press from the hometown of who we are playing. They think he is the whole team. They do have to focus on him or he will make them pay but he is a team player and an unusually unselfish player for an athlete of his caliber. He has that rare vision of the feild. But while the D is worried about him Burman physically TAKES his yards and Haywood is accross the line before they notice he has the ball. If you watch Ford during the game he is just as happy when any of them do well. Thats a lot of weapons but thats not even close to all that La Vega has to worry about because it looks like the two biggest game changers every week are Breed and Cucancic. No game plan can shut those two down because they are everywhere at once. Mike Tyson said once "Everybody has a plan.....Until they get hit" and if that hit come from either  Breed or Will Tyler you can bet that plan just changed!  You can have your D-backs shadow Ford all night but as a whole this team is tough.

He may be happy when other players get the ball and do well, but he sure doesn't block for them worth a crap. I know, I've seen the film.

That is about the dumbest and most inaccurate quote I have seen all year long.  What turnip truck did you fall from?  You have got to be kidding right?

Ok here's what I see from this and a few other threads.

    1. Kville68 is obviously, from some recent posts, a Grissom with an axe to grind. Get over the Thursday night games man...you do know we're not the only se TX team left playing, right? And we're playing a team from...ummm...uhhh...WACO!!! LOGISTICS...LOOK IT UP!

    2. Stink...don't let these guys get to you! I've never seen you so snappy and aggrivated by a papsmear or two. We both know Jack has done the best job of any kville coach...ever! And success breeds tremendous following...that's why these posts criticizing our coaches make the authors seem like they're writing from retardsville! So let them continue to embarrass themselves.

    3. To the players that read these things...STOP IT!!! There's way too many old, wrinkly, e.d. infested guys on here that you don't need to listen to! Stay focused guys...were all proud of you!

And if anybody wants to talk about this post in further detail, I'll be in Humble Thurs ...my name is Dean Wright...find me!

  7. according to smoaky.com they run the spread offense and they supposedly have a pretty accurate QB and a couple of good receivers.  Chapel Hill beat them 35-14 and athens beat them 63-21.  Athens lost to Chapel Hill 38-35.  So its hard to tell what we are up against really.  From the stats I have saw from their opponents on maxpreps it looks like the ones that passed the ball well had the most success against them.  Dont know how good the runningbacks were that they faced though.  Taking they were decent we might need to open it up by passing and then hit them with the run.  But then again I am not the coach and I cant say for sure as I have not seen any eveidence with my own eyes.

I think Wimberly, Sealy, and Brownwood will all be Div 2.  Brownwood has around 900 enrollment (3rd largest in their district)  even though they have 18,000 population.  That said, they have a high school for the gifted that does not play sports.  That enrollment counts seperate if I am not mistaken.  Celina may be Div 2 also.  Their enrollment is in the 600's I think.
Celina is the big school in their district with 558...They'll be DI
Sealy will be DI
