Predictions??? I was at Hardin’s game Friday. And from what I saw It took them awhile to get rolling on offense but did what was necessary to win, I believe Haynes was holding back the reins also it could have gotten ugly! I was impressed by Hardin’s defense as they will be tough to play against. They are huge upfront with some play makers in the secondary. I was impressed with there offense even though they started slow. They have a big weapon with their fullback/tightened and a big receiver out wide. Their quarterback looked good throwing and running it, but still would like to see more out of their backfield as they are hurting for a RB. But I pick them by 21 over NW

WH wins this one by 14. HD wins one game vs the cripple and the blind and they are state bound with a bunch of freshmen. West Hardin is senior heavy and wins easily!

I think the hornets will have there way with them 42-7 is my prediction with backups in most of the 3rd and 4th... And last years running back White had a ride to go play college ball in Missouri I believe but turned it down due to having a kid his senior year.

Just heard from a reliable source on the SB that Hardin’s best athlete is back on the field and played in the Tarkington scrimmage at receiver. And now has  moved back to QB, if this is the case Hardin will roll over Legacy easily! They have big targets at receiver and the tight end position. I look for Haynes to air it out and let his QB roll with it. They are definitely going to miss White in the back field as he was a stud and probably the best running back to come through Hardin is many years if not ever.

I know they are down from what people are saying with a ton of sophomores and juniors with just a couple seniors. If Hardin throws to their big targets they had last year I think they will walk out easily. Haven’t heard if Hardin’s better player has showed back up yet or not.

I heard Hardin’s best athlete/QB quit and didn’t play in the scrimmage and come back the next day. Anyone heard any different?

I just think the scrimmage is just against Beaumont Kelly. Not sure though!

I think they have 3 varsity coaches as of now with more being hired. 

I think they have an outside shot of getting in... everyone lost a lot of key kids  In the district. I think they make the 4th spot again but they only have 6 seniors I believe, they are very young.

I guess not they must have fell of the map from a year ago.

Has any one heard how they look so far this year? I heard they were going to be young but scrappy with a couple kids who could go.

They are graduating from what I’ve heard looks like another long year for them next year.

Can Warren knock off Buna to put them in a “playin” game with Hardin for a playoff spot? They only lost by 6 last game!

And there are other 5 are 1 freshman 2 sophomore’s 1 Junior and 1 senior that’s how the Second five go in. And from the games I’ve been to if it weren’t for the 2nd 5 the first 5 would been in trouble. They are just as good they hustle more than the first five but the first five are a little bit more basketball savvy. So for to say there is a big difference and that you are wrong. Hardin will be stronger for the years to come and basketball IMO. They have 4 seniors and 1 Jr on the starting 5. They sub out every two minutes Hardin will be just fine in the years to come and should make the playoffs this year.

Thats where you need to know what you’re talking about before you speak. There is not a school there and from the score last night warren didn’t loose by 2. Quit being a hater and let the kids win.

Looks like Warren should have scheduled some tougher teams to beat Hardin. I have been to a few home games to watch my nephew play and I will say Hardin has a hustling group of boys that don’t quit. From what I’ve seen and heard everyone is battling injuries in the area Ec,orangefield big boy and one of Hardin’s better defensive players is hurt with a leg injury. And they still found a way to win. I think the coach is trying build confidence in his kids to make the 4th hole with his scheduling and I see nothing wrong with that. Congrats Hardin on the win tonight!

Can’t win when you have 4 interceptions. I watched this game Franklin was better than Hardin but not a 40+ better team. If Franklin makes it past next round I will be shocked EC or Woodville will run all over them.  I will say their 1 back is very big and if he goes down they have nothing. About like Hardin!

Hardin will score but it will not be close. I hate that for any team in our county, I would like to see them all go deep but most of the time it’s just not the case. On the other hand my Liberty Panthers will win and that’s a plus!
