The #10 state ranked Bridge City Cardinals take on the Silsbee Tigers in a battle of 24-4A undefeated TONIGHT 7pm at the Tiger Diamond in Silsbee. Bridge City (8-5, 1-0) defeated Orange County rival Little Cypress-Mauriceville in the Cards district opener, 7-1. Silsbee (6-3-2, 2-0) took down Hamshire-Fannett this past Friday night, 6-5, to remain a top the district standings. The Cards swept the Tigers in district play last year by the scores of 2-1 and 5-0.
 
Our broadcast will start at 6:50pm with first pitch scheduled for 7pm.

I agree Critter. OF has the experience on Silsbee, it will be a good game. Silsbee's young team is scrappy and will need this to be there best game to win. This very well could be a one or two run game. I'm going to be a homer and say Silsbee will win. Go Tigers!!!

We should give WOS a game. This will be my sons 4th year to play Varsity and this is by far the best team we have had in a while. Since he has been on the team for sure.. Seeing quality pitching will be the kicker. We can make plays and our pitching is much better and more deep. Should be a very competitive district this season...
