1. No in the Tigers case its run, run, run and gun!
2. I know Kelly beat what I  was told was pretty much Vidor's varsity in a close game.  The early games were listed as jv don't know anything about those and we left early in the Nederland/Memorial game. Which was definitely Nederland's top 6 or 7 players.  How many starters do they have back? I saw at least 3 or 4 players that I recognized.
3. Haynes started wirh the three and Jenkins.
4. It lists their jv in an earlier game.  I believe this to was a group of maybe of var reserves and jv as it was Ned black and there is a Ned gold playing memorial and u see two definite varsity starters on that team. Tigers have a couple faces I am not familiar with a Hardaway and Haynes that look good. Tigers take out WOS 47-38 in the second game.
5. Auto correct WOS Tigers take out Nederland in the first game 60-36. Tigers have 2 varsity players from last year playing as well as another that played varsity party of the year.
6. Silsbee Nederland Kelly WISH Vidor Memorial
7. :) :) Don't know just heard this last friday. Supposed to be games tokay and next monday.
8. Fall league games tonight in Nederland as well.
9.

They moved it to Silsbee I heard, still working on their stadium.
Nope, in Lumberton.
Game's in Lumberton. Stadium is ready...still working on the field house. Lumberton loses this one.
I heard the field house not being ready is why they moved last weeks game to Barbers Hill...I also heard from someone working on part of this project at least that one part was still a long way from being done. I think that part is part of the practice  facility.
10. Congratulations PNG on the win.  The Tigers let a few chances slip throught their fingers in this one.  Both teams still have some work to do.  I could see definite improvement in some of the Tigers from last season but the offense overall seemed to have the same problem: move the ball a lot and then have trouble getting into the endzone.  We have to catch the ball,  way to many dropped passes!! Get rid of the gloves!!  I  don't like going to the wildcat near the endzone.  Everyone knows whats coming, and if you do happen to throw the ball its with a player hasn't been throwing the ball the whole game.  With a back the size of Spearman,  run the offense and give yourself a lot more options.  If you want the speedier back in there go with a two back set.  I can't really argue with the decision to go for 2 at the end.  We seemed to have the momentum and we had a bad snap earlier.  However, I would have liked to have seen the sophomore kicker make one like that early in the season for a confidence builder.  As far as the officiating......I don't think they knew they could call pass interference in a high school game(against either team)!! I would also like to know what the discussion was on the motion call on the fake punt. Great game to start the season,  it was good to see the Tiger's fight back and almost pull one out against a team like the Indians.
11. Don't worry they font call interference!
12. We need some round footballs for these bball players/receivers!
13. Looks like a good plan,  traffic has been tough in the past..
14. This is my favorite.....[Hidden Content].
15.
Ok Sanchez, gave the thread 1-1/2 hours - now back to the ticket talk.  Anyone wanna bet someone will be at the field house by 6a?  BTW- any place to eat between Bmt and Silsbee would be money wise to fly the Purple and White, we seem to travel in packs and love to take over any joint we find. Sticking to my original pick - NDNS by 10, and we'll see quite a few underclassmen. Remember "Purple and White on field of green, prettiest site you've ever seen!!" ;)
This is an easy one, many of your fellow PNG fans will tell you, the best place to stop is Catfish Cabin in Lumberton.
16.
I have the complete stats of this scrimmage. Will post them soon as I finish my Subway sandwich. Very one sided. ;)
That must be one big subway.... ;D ;D ;D
17.
Final score:  AAW 116  BS 2
The 2 must have been free throws for dunking in warm ups,  otherwise that was a shut out!!
18. Kountze may be very good this year, I didn't make my comment based on a game between the two being an easy victory.  More on the lines of them being a smaller school and the fact that there are larger schools with even better teams out there that can be played instead of the lions.
19.

Except for last season, Silsbee and Kountze NEVER played each other when Sigler was the HC at Silsbee. Guess it will continue.
This one is on Kountze. Quote, "I'm through with Silsbee".
Ridiculous statement but no skin off the Tigers backs.
20. Wow this opinionated bunch and I have got about as much response as pregame ticket sales for a Lumberton/Bridge City basketball game!!
21. Thanks, I should have stated that it will be used almost totally on the golf course.
22. Most likely electric
23. Figured I would put this on here and get a few different opinions. My wife and I are looking into buying a good used cart without ..breaking the bank. Which type do you prefer and who are the best dealers in the area to buy from?
