So woefully performed?? Take baseball and football. A one point difference in the football game where the only difference amounted to BC having a consistent kicker and we didn't. Yes all that matters there is a win and an even 2-2 record on the baseball field where if I am not mistaken BC was ranked as well this year at least at one point with a combined score of something like 22-15. I wouldn't say that was woeful in anyway. Yes BC won when it counted but that's baseball. Errors and no runs scored at the wrong time and you lose.

Or their parents?

By the way why don't you ask those BC basketball players if they matter or not?

Hmm... only schools that care. Easy for a BC person to say that. By the way the only numbers that matter this school year are 3-0. Yeah that's the number of state championships in Silsbee compared to Bc this year.

Congrats BC good win. As for my Tigers can't win many series scoring only 2 runs!!

I don't have any problem with any of it. I just wondered if the same rules applied to baseball as in at least basketball.

Three straight series where at least the 'ace' of the staff did not go against Sundgren, tonight it worked. Tonight BC came to play and we didn't .

Definitely not a "sharp" night for the Tigers dropped ball at third on a definite tag out, throwing error on the bunt even a throw from center that may not have got the runner at home but was 15 feet up the net behind the plate. And the balls we have hit hard have been right at someone.

Sundgren definitely looks off and I wasn't saying ump was inconsistent just not calling them on that third base edge of the plate. At least not the first couple innings.

Sundgren seems to be fighting to find his spots tonight.

Sitting right behind the plate and the third base side of home plate must be missing as far as the ump is concerned!

It will be ha d yo win 8-2 tomorrow........since they don't play until Saturday.

I remember hearing about a BC sprinter saying how he was going to show a certain Silsbee runner how he was going to show him who was the fastest in the 200......that worked out for him about the same was this one will!!!

Exactly, I was trying to remember hits but I missed a couple batters at the start. I remember a good hit down the third baseline that fell because the outfielder just couldn't get there. I remember a Jones triple, dropped fly ball so error. I remover a bunt triple. Bad throw so error. I remember the argued call throwing error that pulled first basemans foot off the bag...error. I remember a couple more mishandled balls trying to throw to first....errors! And I think another bad throw or two to first....another error or two. As well as knowing if one error I didn't see. So I do remember 7 or so errors just off the top of my head. I do have to give Whiited a hats off to a great game. He kept their hitters off balance all night. He got in trouble in I believe the 5th inning and had bases loaded with no outs but struck out the next batter and held them to one run. And then came out it seemed with renewed energy. Good job Tigers now let's take care of BC!

i am pretty sure. I thought seniors were all that could play in any such game.
