I guess you got this one right. LCM came to play ccant take anything away from there effort. But there is a reason I usually don’t make score predictions and this game was a good example of that. I forgot one big detail, and it should have been obvious. The refs called this one tight...both Devon and Kaylon had 2 fouls in the first quarter. One ref in particular called everything...it was both ways so no as far as that but it did hinder that pressure defense. I was enjoying watching Devon and Brown facing each other but that didn’t last long with the fouls. The Tigers dribbled out the last 1:15 or so at mid court. Good game and atmosphere tonight. Nice new gym but have to wonder why there is no built in sound system. Just a couple speakers on a rolling table, we couldn’t understand much of the pregame announcing.

He just got his 4th foul I believe was immediately pulled in the fourt. McCain has only played a couple minutes this half with 3 fouls.

Tip off probably in about 10 minutes.

Great Jv game that the Tigers win by 1. Trailed by one got fouled with 4 secs left missed both got rebound got fouled with .4 left and made both. LCM fans hated first foul call but it was there. The second foul call well let’s just say the refs called it.

I don’t usually try to put a spread but tonight I would lean more towards that 35. Not only do I feel LCM just isn’t quite up to what was expected but I think the Tigers are a little motivated for this one. Only things I might worry about in that prediction would be us being too hyped up or LCM playing extra deliberate. Yes there is one other variable, that student section, but I saw how quickly HJs was silenced.

Not sure what’s the best way, but I agree totally that you should go one way or the other. I can see “trouble” though if you end up with more major sport coaches from one side or the other. Personally I might lean more towards opening the positions up.

Shouldn’t be any worry in of that. Neither team can afford a game stoppage.

Should definitely pay off in the future. Starting 3 freshman guards, getting experience against about as much pressure as you will see. HF only played 7 players in that first half I believe. Had one more that got some time in the second. They shot the ball pretty well when they had a chance and they never gave up. Never saw any bad frustration from them. I have even heard that when we backed off the coach said no keep it up. In that second half the starters only played half a quarter and the second string the other half of the third. The last group played the entire fourth quarter. To HFs creditthey scored 17 pts in that first half but to show you the results of that pressure and depth wearing a team down, they only managed 2 in that entire second half. Good luck HF on building your program.

Really not so much a wow, HF started 3 freshman guards. They really had no chance against the press. They have only beaten Hull Daisetta. Just a complete mismatch.

Kids wanted that 100 pt win with that last unt in and had the ball with about 25 left but were told not to shoot.

Actually sent they went to 4 teams in the playoffs and no bye, we have rarely had a warmup game. I remember one a few years ago played up in East Texas.
