Two things Silsbee would have in their favor is they're battle tested, and Yates didn't see McCain last year. It'd say it's a toss up. If Silsbee is ice cold from the three, Yates wins. If they're making their shots and slashing through that press, I'll take Silsbee by 10.

Bro yates district is harder , and silsbee lost 8 games ....get on with the strength of schedule because if u look at the common opposition yates beat them worse ..save Cleveland ..Sam Houston problems??? just like Wagner putn almost a 50 piece on them , and just like ducanville shredding silsbees press ..and losing to my north shore mustangs whom are super inconsistent...bro at this point both teams are elite ..strength of schedule won’t have anything to do with it ..just my opinion from watching them both teams play yates has a slight edge ..

So you’re telling me that silsbee has two point guards  on their team now that can and will play at baylor or a&m right now? 

A team with two high major point guards don’t and won’t lose 8 games unless they’re playing a national schedule

Yates and silsbee are pretty much the same team .. yates is taller and deeper and scores easier ..their second and third string won that game ..their starting line up may have played 10-12 minutes at the most ..that’s why I say going into that game they are favored ... they could’ve easily put up 130 points tonite

North forest is nice ..silsbee should win by 15-20 ..they have a big man that is ultra physical and jumps through the roof ..they have solid wings (10) is a dog  ...pg play can be shaky at times

Thinking out loud, did North Forest tank the Scarborough game to avoid Silsbee’s bracket??? Could it be NF would prefer to play Yates due to their games being so close.

Bro I’m telling u Scarborough is solid.. they must didn’t have all of their players or was either ironing out chemistry issues when you watched them...I watched them play yates and at the game I sat next to an old school guy from ft. Worth and he told me that Scarborough was solid and I’m like yea right ... they then played with Yates for 2 and a half quarters.. until the sophomore from yates  took over ..he’s a stud # 2 Norman ..he’s been their best player this year ...gonna be a good match up between him and that sophomore from silsbee

Changing !!! And yes it’s rapid ..North Shore is close to 70 percent Hispanic and 25% black .super rapid ...not to mention the thug life mentality that’s mixed in  .lol ..but the two middle schools that feed it still has some decent athletes at least to the 7th grade level ...so they’ should be Set for a couple of more years  ...David green said that he took the north shore job to be closer to silsbee..who knows he may wants to get even closer

As for North Forest, I expect the same what Silsbee saw last year from them. Silsbee won that one by 40. Yes, North Forest beat Atascocita 57-55 a week after Silsbee Lite lost to Cita 70-66. So..

Scarborough played yates tough until the last 4 or 5 minutes.they are decent  ..Same thing with north forest ...north forest is a different team than last year just as silsbee..silsbee is not 40 points better than either of those teams...if either of those teams were in silsbee’s district they would be the second best team in the district .and y’all kill me with the football player / large classification/ big city excuses...
