Wrong answer,Silsbee has plenty tradition & Tigersvoice is old school like myself.I think what he's trying to imply is Dayt posters incl yours truly ranks right up there w/WOS posters who consistantly pump up there prospective schools way to much.In our defense I'm gonna say it-Dayt has done more in class 4a w/less(meaning always under 22 seniors every yr)than any other Setx team for the past 5 yrs.and will be in the playoffs for #17 straight.And those soph/fresh varsity players have contributed alot to that success & still are consistantly excelling/competing against 5a/4a teams that are a pretty tuff team to beat just because of team depth,experienced sr leadership of 30 & more seniors.In WOS defense I'm gonna say it they've been doing it longer than we have(excelling vs all the competetion they schedule)and the reason starts #1 w/coaching #2 committing to a regiment of conditioning #3 believing you can compete w/any giving 100% every day #4 continue to win w/nagging injuries-making adjustments by evaluation of the talents you've got.Back to the real deal=We get no news coverage from TV stations-sports sites coverage of live games-major newspapers,only KSHN radio live broadcasts, etc etc.Meanwhile 1 of the top stories all-time for all of Liberty Co and surrounding counties in Setx is going by the wayside & that is Juan Carranco all state history breaking of HS kick records(179 pats-39 fgs=296 tot pts) in which the excellant student/kicker has accomplished.He's on target to break every #1 HS kick record for ALL of Texas this yr-Shame on all if you've never taken a kid to see him.

Oh those nasty stats/gm summaries.Only last yr Livingston was atop the Setx poll & 5-0 till Bull Mayes was out for the year.Still Liv competed rather well w/o da bull and you're trying to crown a dist champ between Ned/Vidor before 1 dist gm played.Well I'm laying it out better not sleep on Liv w/30 srs.Reminder:Liv/Ned gm was 14-14 till 7:41 in the gm.Ned won 28-14 but Liv had more tot yds.Next=Liv/Vidor & Liv led 21-14 @half,21-21 end of 3rd,35-27 final Vidor.

For Crosby to win @ Dayton would be a big upset,because Dayton has not lost a dist game @Bronco stadium in 5 yrs (incl the 20-4a boys)I know of.Been playing a tuff pre-dist sch for many yrs in preparation for big games like this playing Angleton-Ike-Elkins-FW and the games lost were close to the buzzer.That OL/Dl that beat Coogs last yr are all seniors this yr.Dayton team speed will slow down the big play Coog O.Dayton by 14+ cause we own Crosby esp @ home & in playoffs of the past ;)
