wow, when was the last time a kountze basketball team was held to 34 points ina game ?
-
another great W by our Rebels. keep up the good hard work boys
-
is it just me or does there always seem to be a problem with the coaching staff at hamshire fannett
maybe i am wrong, but there seems to be something trending in the neighborhood of "disgruntled" parents/community who feel as if their son/daughter is gods gift to earth and when not played adequately, it's coach such and such's fault.
i smell a dumpster fire

first time i have ever been to a basketball tournament like this. it's been enjoyable. go Rebels

My prediction for HD: HD, DEWEYVILLE, WEST SABINE,SAN AUGUSTINE, SHELBYVILLE
They could go other direction to Normangee, but that looks even further.
so either way. long bus travels for those bobcats

does anybody have any idea what they are going to do with hull daisetta ? will they be traveling quite a bit next season
-
i fear gunter and canadian are not just a little better than newton, but a lot better

-

Newton has 3 state championships
thats awesome. i wonder how close they have been in previous years and who slipped up and knocked those eagles out. it seems like they have been close a 1/2 dozen times or more
-
i should probably look up recent history but i'm going to be lazy and ask you all
does newton have any state championships under their hat?
Can somebody fill me in on last 10-20 years of Newtons football history, how far they have went and who eliminated them on the runs they have made to State? It seems like Newton has fallen short several times, but was in all of those games closely.
should newton win state this year? they seem to be the favorite by most
-
i dont know if silsbee has a shot, but i do know that they will play hard and give it their best shot
-
it simply blows my mind that we dont make it further then we do every year in the small school divisions. i know or atleast i think i know that we have the kids to compete at a higher level. can somebody please explain why we fall short

Remember these words bigger, stronger, faster. Even our big guys are fast.and don’t worry we have 11 running backs that can go so I hope you are conditioned as well.
you are saying woodville is stronger, bigger and faster than rockdale? dont rockdale have track stars that win state, like relay teams and stuff like that ?

has woodville ever been further than round 2 in football ? that would be cool if they could beat rockdale
i know this is usually where setx schools aside from newton and wos, began to air up the basketballs
let's hope not and a few of our area schools end the curse

my nephew plays for spurger and he told me they are playing in hardin today at 2 something
-
this is usually where east chambers, woodville and the like have trouble with those east texas teams
does anyone believe ec will actually win this game ? i hope so, but history says otherwise
-
as expected

i thought this was his first year? was he not renewed after football season which led to his resignation? this is happening far too often in todays coaching world. 1 and done used to be a phrase we used to describe a college basketball athlete who does 1 year college and declares for the draft, now its fitting for so many coaches across the state of texas.
