I didn't give him too much of a hard time.  I respect his opinions, but strongly disagree on this one...

Coach Showers only missed the postseason once and never lost in the 1st round. The Losses to Brenham and La Marque(both were stacked with D1 Boys) were both 2nd round losses. And that playoff run was no fluke. The lost by 1pt to a powerful Friendswood team due to a botched fumble call by a blind ref.

Any suggestions on The New Name and Mascot For the New School in BISD. Im not sure on a name but they should either keep a cat as a mascot or name the mascot to something related to Beaumont s heritage

Sure gonna miss the boys from the Reservation. Up until this past seasons shellacking......Central and PNG used to have some tough battles. Its a tough change to see because its been pretty much the same teams in the district for 20 or so years now only 3 remain. 

Can someone explain to me why the UIL Not only split the Cypress teams into different district but put them in 2 different regions. Boy the UIL ceases to amaze us

Gunter hasnt faced any adversity all year.........they are finally getting hit in the mouth and they are falling apart. Its not over yet but if the Eagles continue to press their foot on their neck....they will be alright

Or How Kilgore and Carthage played for a state title a few years back and now they are in the same district now. But go look at the extracurricular programs and tell me which communities do more “for the kids.” 

You can stroll into the admin offices and make a generous donation “for the kids” any time you want to. 

You cant compare those cities to Beaumont. Beaumont has a way higher population and a way bigger student population compared to those cities.
