Congrats to the success of the deweyville pirates and i hope for even more in their future.My stay there was great and i learned a lot. Just remember judge not unless ye be judged. Hard work is never an issue. As far as baseball goes in the time i was there deweyvill emade the playoffs 3 out of five years in a fairly tough baseball district and the playoff games we lost were to the eventual state champs once and quarter and semifinalists later.

I was up close and personal in the game last night and cardinal fan you dont know a thing about what you are talking about. The kids that committed those penalties will be repremanded severely and as far as taunting goes i saw none at all. Both sidelines after tha game were full of class and respect for each other and the coaches were both understanding of the situation. As far as the outcome to the game against evadale we will let the kids decide it on friday night not arm chair quarterbacks that no nothing about football. Great class High Island players and coaches and good luck to the rebels and sharks.

How can a back with that many yards be overrated. He had over 225 rushing yards against EC. Be sure you know what you are talking about. I think it will be a good game though. both teams want in.

Hey Rick Im NOT JAWS! I have always been this name. I havent said anything in a while because it always sounds like people trying to start stuff. As far as Jon is concerned I think he would fall at about 7 or 8 but not sure. Right now seeing the kids I have seen in Dville I would have to rank Zane and Justin at the top because I never had the privelidge to see lLevi and Logan play only seen them on video and they were impressive. But this doesnt mean much cause they all had different offensive lines. Hope this clears things up for you though.

Not to defend anyone but a coach should not have to earn respect from a KID!! He should get it immediately. Anyone hired to do a job at that level has done enough in his life to demand the respect of a teenager. Im sure lumberton has a bright future and that the AD will hire someone to do the job that is qualified. With that in mind if the town will just get behind their coach and kids and stop all this jabber on line the team will be much better off

Just remember it is easy to coach talent to look for the best coaches you need to be looking at those teams that do well with out all this talent. To me the best coaches come from those type of schools though i do believe that griff, robbins and stone are good coaches, you need to be mindful they have top notch talent year end and year out and anyone that knows anything about coaching knows that that type of job is not hard at all except for putting up with outside influences.
