etbu is right on the money with this. Something else though, the moderators job is to keep you and me from getting out of hand as well as maintain the integrity of the site, that in no way means that they don't have a right to their own opinions, so don't get bent out of shape when they express it. This site is for people who love and support their favorite sport(s) which obviously includes the mods. Good Job guys, keep up the good work.

Yep chicken **** fits perfectly! c'mon now don't get mad because it wasn't your team that was winning when the game was called Technically MLG, if the COACHES, agreed to SUSPEND the game until a later time then the game was NOT called. From what I read early in the string, UIL rules call for the COACHES to decide on suspending a game right? So if the coaches who agreed on this are the HEAD coaches for their respective baseball teams, then I don't see where that AD has any reason nor RIGHT to make the decision to call the game.

Vidor will win 2 district games in 2009 !!! They are choke artist with a 3 play offense. Rebel, you might want to look at the posted article on the Lady Raiders, you seem to be the only one who thinks these girls are slow footed, because according to the Waco coach he thought they were pretty fast. His plan was to wear the raiders down with subs from a larger team, a plan that worked and has worked for him all along. Hope Friendswood has a large team if you guys want to hang with them.

I'm not sure I agree with that, I think the college recruiters are still going to come watch them play in the high school games, mainly because not only can they see them there, but also they can speak with there coaches who interact with them throughout their school day and find out what kind of person they really are, i.e. grades, work ethic, etc..

I agree with you two! Lumberton has a good core (sp?) returning (Asher, hughes, beard to name a few)..... IMO, they are the favorites until proven otherwise, especially after seeing what they did last year after losing 31? seniors from the '07 team. Not sure what Livingston has coming back but I would approach them the same way. here's to an L-Town and Dayton matchup in next year's 1st round. No way Dayton, that would mean L-town or dayton would have to come in 2nd, 3rd, or 4th.......nope, i say, here's to a Dayton and L-Town match up in the FOURTH round. ;D not exactly what I was thinking... Hey, if you guys can split another DC you'll have 1-1/3 District Championships in the past 3 years!!
