1. Luckily for Lumberton, we don't have that stigma against Nederland that Vidor seems to have, we can beat them and we know we can. Oh and before any Vidorians jump on here and say it, yes, I know we seem to have that same stigma against Vidor. If we can remember the stick-um again next week, we should be okay against Nederland which means, "See You Broncs In Week Eleven!"
2. Thankfully I can say, and you can go back through my posts to prove it, I wasn't one of those putting PNG down like that. You guys are playing strong ball and that's good for you. I am wondering something though, how many of the boys paying this year are the ones who Burnett wouldn't play and how many stayed off the team until this year for the same reason? Just curious as I remember someone, I forget who, talking about how Burnett was playing favorites and not playing the guys who should be in the game. Finally, you probably should have waited another week or two before posting this, although I'm pretty sure you've been homping at the bit for awhile, the timing here does actually come off a little as gloating.
3. Come on Veedervile, you can beat them with eleven men.
4. WooHoo, the beast just ate the pigskin, AB intercepted and made it don to the 4 yard line. First play from offense, Asher in for a TD with 1:49 left in the first.
5. Get busy Vidor, we actually need you to win to have any chance at all of post season. Besides, do you guys want to always be Nederlands whipping boys? (Just trying to fire you up........lol)
6. Well, now the punters are warmed up, two posessions each and no score although L-Town is driving at LCM 34.
7. I think the playoff scenario you mentioned is somewhat right although I think Livingston may possibly still figure in there.
8.
7-0 LCM. Lumberton fumbles getting off of the bus.
Not funny, especially since he just dropped the kick off, recovered it himself thank goodness.
9. A Toups, doesn't district 19-4A play a week 10 like the rest of us?  ??? ::)
10.
Vidor beat ozen, lumberton, wos (pre-season scrimage) and will beat ned. this friday and you cant put them on your list. This shows just how little you know, or how blindly prejudice you are probably a little of both.
As much as I hate admitting it, z288max is right, unfortunately my Raiders no longer belong on this poll as we will probably come skidding in to 6th place in the district.
11. I heard a rumor that Central, PNG and Vidor each had at least 5 players on their teams who were ruled ineligible so they are having to forfeit their season, THE RAIDERS ARE IN THE PLAYOFF HUNT AGAIN!!!! ::) :o ;D
12.
I kind of like the education my kids got in Beaumont.  Once all the dummies left things got better really quick.   ;)
Now weed, I have you know I'uns got a grate edacation in Lumbrton. I can speel reel gud and I can calaculate furst rate, well shoot, I don't even haf to take off my shoes to count to 23. Well I evn knows mah history, I know how we beat the English in the American revalation back there in 1865 and how we even whooped them thar northerners from Canada in the civil war back in the 1920's.  ;D :o ;)
13. Is Chester on your schedule?  ??? ;) Sorry to the kids from Chester ISD....
14. You should've just dug through the archives, this exact same subject was brought up last year. Are you PNG folks going to remind everyone of this each year? When you beat this record then it'll be a good time to repost.
15. This is proof positive, the higher you go, the bigger the let down. One of the reasons the stadium was remodeled, what 7 or 8 years back, was because we were overflowing the other side even though we had nothing more than so so teams. Now, we have a couple of great years and stumble this year and it's like roaches in the kitchen, turn the light on and we scattered. I admit, I left early last Friday, it won't happen again, but like I said in another post, it was a combination of disappointment and physical pain (I forgot to take my magnesium). I'll keep an extra bottle of pills in my truck from now on. Oh and to answer Rangers third question, the how for Lumbertons growth was of course the housing boom as well as expanding industry in the Golden Triangle. The why is a pretty good school district and not being land locked like PNG which has virtually no room to grow and the preception that Lumberton is a really nice community. I once heard estimates that within 20 years Lumbertons' population could actually reach 50,000. Now before anyone pops off, is the perception real or not? That depends on each individuals opinion. I do know one thing for sure, until Interstate 69 is built, we will continue to have traffic jams that rival Houstons' own.  :o  :P
16.

So ranger, what do you have against Lumberton?  Why don't you tell us where you are from?  Some of the things you are saying on here are just wrong. Nobody is going anywhere, especially to Beaumont.  The raider fans are still here and we still have a chance to make that fourth playoff spot.  You're just another one of those idiots on here who don't know what they are talking about. Get a life.
I have nothing against the TOWN of Lumberton. I am from Baytown, TX. I am not an idiot. I know what I am talking about. I have a life. Thanks for your concerns. 1. Where are YOU from? 2. How long will you stay? 3.How and why did the population of Lumberton grow SO fast? Don't hate, elevate!
Those are easy questions for me........ 1.  I'm from Port Arthur 2.  Until my Son completes High School and probably longer 3.  The crime rate in Beaumont on a scale of 1-10 is a 7.  Lumberton is a 2.  To me, that is huge if you want to raise your kid in a safe environment.  The school districts are also rated better concerning education. Beaumont compared to the state is given a 3, and Lumberton a 6. So, those are the main reasons I moved to Lumberton. How's that for an evaluation?
I'd give it a 5.
LOL, Ranger, I'd move to Dayton before I'd move to Beaumont.  ;)
17. I'll admit it, I left halfway into the third quarter, my buddies were shocked. It was a combination of disappointment and my back and hip was hurting, but mostly disappointment. We will be back though and I may need to reconsider sitting during the games as I get older.  ;)
18. Although the train has lost some wheels this year, they will still run right over them thar Bars. 28 - 3 and I'm being generous. BTW, anyone got any duct tape?

20.
I thought Lumberton did a good job early of containing Harmon, but they couldn't stop the PNG passing game. Then late in the half and into the second half Harmon was getting big yardage. There were some big hits tonight. Especially from the NDN's. Hence all the fumbles by Lumberton. Good Luck Raiders the rest of the way.
That because it's tough to play defense for 40 minutes, Bad, our offense did not move the ball very well at all (doing my best to be nice here) and when that happens the defense eventually gets worn out. Great game by the Indians, played like a well oiled machine, not many mistakes at all on your guys part, good luck in the playoffs.
21. Well I don't know much about your guys' past players, but I'd say Viverette is the hoss on your team this year. I enjoyed watching him play against L-Town, very good, or was that just a one time thing?
22. Personally, I think any parent who steps onto the field before during or after a game to gripe at anyone should be thrown in jail immediately, no exceptions. Let them pay the bail to get out and even if they realize they made a mistake, I bet the next time they lose their temper they will think twice about getting in a coaches or officials face.
