I think deweyville is down they might have 2 or 3 skill position guys that are playmakers but i dont believe they have enough team effort to match the rebels. This game is strictly up to evadale if they want to win it or not, if they execute as a team like normal then everything will fall in place and a win will be certain.

Evadale should make it to the tournament this season. Last year they had two seniors on the team a pitcher and a outfielder. that is pretty easy to replace. the key to evadale getting to the tournament is minimizing errors in the big games and putting the ball in play when at bat. also they will have to get their pitchers a good amount of innings each before the playoffs. they will have potts who threw 11 innings in one day in the playoffs last season, dubose who pitched a 1 hitter against colmesneil would have been a no hitter if not for that retarded centerfielder, harvey who can put something behind the ball and tucker who can throw some pretty nasty junk. as long as these things are done we will most likely be heading to round rock to watch the rebels pickup some hardware.

i know they have speed but can they block for this speed against the evadale defense i know stanley nichols harvey tucker and stark can take care of the speedy ones

not taking away from coach davis in colmesneil because i know they have really turned around but i think coach harper deserves coach of the year in 23 1a because he came in to a extremely down team and brought out the best in many kids there and will bring it out in the rest of the kids that show back up. He has a way and style that many wish to have. even though theyre not in the playoffs you have to take a serious look at what he has done for the town of burkeville. p.s. im not from burkeville either im from evadale

[/quote] well i will say this i play on a college team with ryan wilburn a graduate and player who hit a homerun on buna in the area round last season from shelbyville who had seen evadale play, and told me that he believed that evadale could have definitely kept it close with buna if not beat them...  Its your opinion and i respect it but what 5A team has buna played? and, who will be yall's 2nd and 3rd pitchers now in the rotation?

i dont know much about the bigger schools im from evadale and this is just something i thought could be used to help separate competition in the polls  also i dont hate vidor im just not a big fan and they do have a good team this year and should make a good play off run but the big school poll i made is not very accurate i believe that you big school guys could put some up of what you think it should be because i think this poll is much more suitable

i wouldnt call burkeville a joke i know my freshman year before harper left they came to evadale an tore us up so you cant just say their a joke because up until the past 3 or so years it used to be burkeville 70 everone else 0
