That is Daisetta for you. I wonder why HD never schedule a track meet at Alto or teams they will meet at Regionals? Maybe because they will show them up.
-
Hull-Daisetta smoked everybody in another bigger school track meet! Boys and girls won all running events but one each! Great performance at D-ville and Anahauc track meets. HD's girls and boys are dominating at bigger school track meets. Martin Doucet, Shedric DeBlanc, Dalton Robinett, Soniah Fountain and Tekeea Landry have a good chance to make it to State! Good job Bobcats! HD Nation!‪‪
great words in "smoked" -
If HD can dominate the 4A and 3A track meets, Alto better be ready... HD sprint relay is cold blooded!
Football Forum. The other sports forum is waiting for you to discuss track. -
If you have not seen the HD track team, both boys and girls are smashing 4A-3A teams at the meets.
I thought this was a football forum? -
Barbay
Do you second that vote? -
Barbay to Lumberton.
-
Hopefully Liberty makes the playoffs this year.
-
Since 2010. Two district championships and went to the playoffs every year he was here!
Sound like a duplication of the Lynn Graves Chronicles Vol. 2003 -
His contract wasn't renewed!
How long was he there for? -
Kade Fraunberger is a solid baseball player.
-
Sounds like small town bs
-
RightYour surely are joking. Barbay several times took CS much farther in the playoffs than Jasper has been in a l
long, long time. -
To be fair getting out of a district with teams like Jasper might have played into that success.
back in 2010 and 2011 I think Coldspring would have beaten Jasper. -
This issue has nothing to do with academics or with players. The issue is strictly between the superintendent and Coach Barbay.
well "idk" got off topic. -
I know people are going to take this wrong. But you just don't mix Coldspring football with Shepherd football, it will not end well. Shepherd has their own problems to fix. If Coldspring players are not doing good in the classroom in Coldspring we sure don't need anymore problem children in Shepherd. That is not a knock on either school it is just the way it is. I know Coldspring high school is acceptable, but if these players are not going to improve Shepherd in the education department, then you do not sell out to win a few more football games.
I forgot Shepherd is so almighty. Please give me a break. Those athletes in Coldspring are not bad at all. Academically they are capable of doing great in the classroom. I think it's you that needs a wake up call. -
yeah that is how I looked to with that statement. -
Heard Sanders is coming back.
-
Great Coach. 3 balls everywhere.
-
I'm sorry I don't see lumberton making it past this round. Jacks relies on his run and gun offense and the one weakness he has is fundamental teams. Teams like the Spurs. Teams like Galveston ball. He had a good showing and a great season but it'll probably end here.
I see them beating Ball High. -
Yes sir, made it to state that year. 06 I think?
Did Coach Wilson Retire? -
Last time Lumberton went to the Regional Tourney was with Pickering and Wilson correct?I was looking on twitter to see if anything was said about them and saw someone sat their #25 can play really good. They won their 1st district championship in school history.
I believe in our Lady Raiders! Hope they actually let the fan bus go to this game with all the students wanting to go. They tried saying they had no one sign up to go Friday but I heard different. -
-
They won State last season.Wow, don't seen many girls games with 100+ scored. Although I don't look that often.

Scott will get it.
Orangefield is open
in Girls High School Basketball- 2014/15
Posted
Back in the 90's and early 2000's was a great showcase of girl's basketball in the golden triangle. Kountze with Lola Baker in '02 along with Mattox, Stewart, and Morgan.
Orangefield during that era had those awesome Sanders sisters with Coach Ancelot.
Silsbee was up and down and HJ was give or take.
