Keith Gilmore may have to play QB. He is a stud and can play any position. And Rebel Yeller H-D will be ready, don't see us losing to a basketball school two seasons straight. Sorry. But look on the bright side, yall beat H-D one time !!! Maybe yall can get shirts made and have a parade like WH does when they beat us.

:o Are you telling me folks shoudn't be spooky considering HD was a powerhouse starting back in the 1930's??!! Good point Yeller, you didn't beat us last year and I doubt you will this year...Quit living in the past! ..."feared by most and respected by all"... whatever, maybe in the past, but not any more in Evadale! Last years seniors showed the team how to win and this year the Rebs will continue to build on that. I hope that clown stands up this year and hollers at our players again as they walk past, "THEY DON'T KNOW, THEY DON'T KNOW BOUT THEM BOBCATS"...really got us fired up last year. Was last year the first time Evadale has won a district championship? They sure act like it. Don't see Evadale winning back to back titles. Evadale will struggle against WH this season. The Hull-Daisetta Bobcats will win this district. We will add to our many District Championships.

Let's cut to the chase. Look buddy,I played Orangefield in the preseason as a member of the Hull-Daisetta Bobcats in the late 90's. They were a bigger school than use, and I remember beating them pretty good. I feel that Evadale and H-D would have beat Orangefield last year. Also Huc is not even the best H-D football player on that team,might be top 3 behind Keith Gilmore and the Dempsey kid. I do think huc will help Orangefield improve on the gridiron and he will be one of their best players. If we sent Gilmore and Dempsey Orangefield would compete for a district title. Let's not forget both WH and Hardin's former QB'S were from H-D. Now this years Hardin QB is from H-D. We know how to grow'em.

Great post. I agree Aaron Cook could have played for anyone last year. Also this Junior Keith Gilmore is a younger version of Aaron Cook. A complete man beast. Will start at tailback and Middle Linebacker. And the Dempsey kid is huge and strong 6'2 250LBS and will play strong defensive end and fullback. We should bull over everyone in district.The Defense will be hardcore lead by Gilmore and Dempsey !!!

It will be a dog fight between WH and Evadale for second place. H-D will finish first just like we should. After all we are known for our great football tradition. And West Hardin lost their over rated QB, that H-D just killed last season in that blowout win vs the oilers. Also sorry you were not impressed by our awesome sophmore last year, that recorded over 100 tackles and ran over everyone in district. Just remember the name KEITH GILMORE !!!

There is not any difference until you get to talking about 4A and 5A. 1A-3A not a big difference. As a player I was on a team that beat many bigger schools in preseason. We would play and win against teams like Barbers Hill, Anahauc and Buna. I know fom experience.

As a matter of fact yes. H-D has one of the best winning traditions in SE Texas. From the 1930's to current times H-D has won many state championships and district championships. H-D most of the time dominates their district. Props to Evadale last year. Great team.

Trust me, if he can start for the Hull-Daisetta Bobcats, then he can most definitely start for Orangefield. Huc will be the best athlete on the Orangefield team.

Joe Allen Slack from Hull-Daisetta. Played Senior year in 1993 was a super fast white boy. Ran a 4.30 40 yard dash. Kicked butt at the state track meet every year. Fastest player I have ever seen in pads.

Heard he is staying to graduate with his friends. Enjoy his senior year and not have to be the new kid on campus. Bobcat to the end.

H-D Bobcats hands down. RB/LB Keith Gilmore is a beast !! One of the best football players in SE Texas. He will lead the Cats to a District Championship. Kid is only a Junior. Head Hunter Man Beast !!! The rest of the Bobcat team is filled with good athletes.

It has been a privilege and honor to watch you H-D Bobcats play football this season. Each one of you young men have brought excitement and joy to the small community of Hull-Daisetta. We are truly proud of all you Bobcats !!! Thanks for letting me be apart of your life this season. I enjoyed posting on here and texting and talking with you young men. I was always glad he was on my team too. ;D Goin against him in practice was hard work, but havin the big man block for me was awesome! For those of you who just know the smack talkin, high energy, hit you in your mouth HD55 from this site....he was the same way on the field. All intensity, all the time. Bobcat 9 you were hands down the best Defensive Lineman that I have ever seen. Glad you were on my side !!! Thanks for making me better as a football player and a person. For those of you that may not know, Bobcat 9 was one of the best football players in the State of Texas when he played football. Also the hardest hitter I have ever seen. 6'1 215lbs 4.58 40 yard dash !!! A BEAST !!! Proud to call him by best friend for over 25 years !!!!

Yes. That Keith Gilmore kid from Hull-Daisetta is a BEAST !!! He is Mr. Lights Out !!! Hardest hitter I have seen this year and attitude to go with it !!! Great linebacker and tailback !!! He is the future star of H-D football and of this area !!!
