I haven't seen any of the other teams play yet, except WOS. If they stay healthy, they will be hard to beat. But, their numbers looked pretty small, so they will need to stay healthy. And if Earl Thomas gets hurt, I think they are done.

I can't remember the year it happened, but the funniest thing I ever saw was when the LCM Bear attacked the PNG Indian at Battlin' Bear Stadium. Word has it that the Bear was a girl !

BirdMan and JT both make good points. And I agree with both 100%. Hopefully the coaching turnover at LCM will stop and some stability will set in for the Football program. By the way I pick WOS to win big. But, I hope my BEARS will give'em heck !!

There's no better feeling in the world than Friday Nights at a football game. I can still remember running out on the field with the band playing and fans yelling. Now-a-days, I sit in the stands and yell myself. I still get GOOSE BUMPS when the team runs out of the Bear Cave on to the field with the band playing and the Sirens blaring ! ::12

I'm glad to see such great spirit out of the Lumberton Folks, but you can't compete with Silsbee. Silsbee will take this one in a run away.

Trout that is exactly what I was thinking when I started reading this. How in the world can you put your weakest hitter batting behind your best hitter ??? How stupid can you be. I do feel sorry for the poor kid that had cancer' date=' but [i']his coaches are the ones to blame for this happening.

Lumberton hands down will win the District. But, LCM will make some noise starting this year ! They will be young, but they are loaded with SPEED !! If the ball falls right they could sneak into the playoffs.
