DJ held his own and did well in pass coverage, he never got embarassed on the field and this was his first game at LB full-time with all kinds of rules limiting the defense. The horns have a good class, DJ Monroe & Dan Buckner are for real

i too realize there are ALOT of people that knock him, he accomplished so much but yet so many wanan bring him down, makes no sense, doesn't mean anything anyway, he'll make his own strides and we'll just be here again talking about how his collegiate career

It's sad that people can't just say good job and wish him well.It's not often that we have guys get this honor from this area. He's representing all of us. And regarding the season, if you were a coach who would you run to? #44 or others? Think, he's a marked man and watch him try and be blocked one on one all game. Wright never out ran him, it was just a great play to run at him because they faked him down inside then pitched it. I know because they ran it a few times and we never had any other support.He had a pretty good game but didn't hear grogan either.PN-G hadthe better night

Dj's the star and teams know that, ever heard of scheming against the best player, that allows others to step up. He's going to be a longhorn and we're 5-0 looking to take care of PN-G so what's the worry? None i suspect!

Great defense is what's going to keep the Dog's games close agaisnt anyone. Grogan has been showing up. He gets alot of plays to make behind teams trying to avoid Johnson. Great play by both of them!
