I get asked to stop for money from a beggars on the side of the sidewalk/road while walking, I don't stop because I don't want to.  Should he be able to put a gun in my face because he has the right to carry one?  I'm not understanding how you being able to carry a gun makes is ok to put it in my face? I agree. I have both and I made sure that my son had protection at all times. I have had talks about sex and using protection with my daughter, but I haven't gone to the same level that I did with my son and that is part of the problem with young girls getting pregnant. My point is hollering to keep their legs closed is not the answer. Young people need places to get free protection be it birth control pills or condoms especially in the inner city's.

He had more rape accusations against his football players, in his four years at Baylor than the entire history of the school. Briles hasn't been exonerated of being a POS coach with a win at all cost attitude.

OK. Please explain how the penalties are not the kids fault? A statement like that tells me a big part of the problem starts as home. Your kids effort is more your responsibility than the coaches. 11 in the box is as dumb as a 3-3-5. RIO is gone and from the talent I see on the field, he bailed at the right time. You had a great talent run. It's not there right now and it is getting worse in the future. I went to the 8th grade games against BH and BH had more team speed on both sides of the ball than Crosby and they are split in 2 schools in Jr. high. If anyone thinks this Crosby team has the talent that the past teams have had you are just not honestly viewing the games. Rio would not be winning a district championship with this team, but heck TW doesn't have Kyler at Barbers Hill and look at what he has accomplished!! OH wait it's still nothing. My point is that you win with talent, get off the coaches. Dayton PLEASE READ ALSO because your highlight of the game Friday was your team running on the field during the National Anthem. Demand more from your own kids. All I hear is the effort was there, kids played hard. BULL everyone knows what comes next. All I saw was a lack of effort to hold blocks, 2 kids going in motion because they don't know the plays, late hits, jumping off sides, walking off the field and finger pointing. That is on the players

So to sum up these 23 pages here is a cliff notes version of what’s going on if you went ahead and skipped to the last page:
PNG fans are going to defend the infraction cause it’s against their fan base and it cost them a loss, this is normal as no one likes to see their team take a hit
BH fans are defending their coach cause it’s their fan base likewise responsible for the accusation which resulted in the removal of the W for PNG, and BH fans will defend BH cause as stated it’s their fan base and no one wants to think the team they support is in the wrong 
Crosby fans are slowing popping up again from the shadows cause after some ran their mouth and recieved a bad reputation are defending the motion brought cause it gives a squeeze of life back into their slowly withering playoff hopes. 
Everyone else is here to troll and pick at PNG.

All them all state DB's going to the offense. No one could ever cover them. Season is over just hand them the state championship. 
 

Only problem with this 5th place teams consolation is you are still not to Vidor  in the standings

Oh my goodness, where to start?  Why not with the first sentence where you said you have a legit question, and then proceed to belittle Vidor.  Accusing Vidor of copying your colors?  Do you know how many schools in Texas use Black & Gold?  Did Liberty copy Ned’s colors?  They’re Black & Gold.  How about Pleasant Grove who won a SC in 4A-II?  They’re Black & Gold.  Whether you believe this or not, the world does not revolve around Nederland.  It’s a nice town, and for the most part good people, but it’s not the center of the universe.  And Vidor copies your traditions?  Sure, yes, well, Vidor is a SC or two behind Ned’s traditions.  Then you go half cocked about band hats - For your information, there’s a thread for area High School Bands.  And as far as rivalries go, had you taken the time to read two post above, I stated, as well as someone earlier, that the rivalry was “tongue in cheek”.  If you’re not familiar with that term, use google.  And as for Vidor being a Nederland wanna-be, where do you get this insane information.  Is Nederland a Port Neches wanna-be?  You really might consider getting out more.  There’s a whole world outside of Nederland, Tx.
And I say that with all due respect to the citizens of Nederland.

They grew up running that offense. Vidor fits right into BH's strengths on both sides of the ball. Barbers Hill defense can't chase a spread offense. They are bad in the open field. Linebackers over pursue and backs cut back, but they should know how to defend this offense. Barbers Hill receivers will be hard for Vidor to play. The secondary is their weakness. It won't be like 2 years ago, but it should be a BH win

I am a Barbers Hill transplant as most of us are and this kinda offends me a little anyway. You say Tradition when you talk about PNG or Nederland like they have always been at the top or even good. Tradition = Heart??? Here are some numbers that I could find. I went 20 years, because I don't know how long tradition is? Nederland 554-376-35 Last 20 years 161-76 PNG 589-345-33 Last 20 years 147-77  BH 577-309-27 Last 20 years 153-65  Crosby 451-418-33 Last 20 years 145-84. Wheres the extra tradition or heart or mindset that you are talking about that yall have east of the trinity? They look like the same programs to me. Crosby is on a roll now, but the last 20 years are not that impressive. Barbers Hill lost a lot last year more than the numbers they lost the leadership of a few that had been starting since their Soph. year. You can't replace that right away. I will take Crosby & Barbers Hill for the next 10 years in all sports
