The cotton bowl, when you guys played in it last, was not.   As you should know, it wasn’t a BCS bowl.   The only reason it is now on the same plane is because your big brother lobbied for it to be included in the playoff system.  Once that happened, then yes, it returned to “major” status.  Coincidentally, that was the year after aggy’s last appearance.  So yes, you do have a couple of appearances in the cotton bowl this century, along with Tech, Baylor, Okie Lite, and Western Michigan.   Congrats and hang a banner.

Tom, in his second year, is playing in a bigger bowl game than aggy has played in the last 20 years.   And no one at Texas is satisfied with it.  Yet clueless aggy is telling him what he needs to do.  Talk about the blind leading the hawkeyed.  

LSU was having a good year until that loss at the end.   I feel their pain - we did lose to Kansas recently.

Here is why Mark Richt is anything but a loser.  I would be proud to call him coach at any school I was affiliated with.  He makes a difference in kids’ lives, which is way more important than winning football games.   I would invite all to watch this short video:

The kid wants to play QB and that ain't happening for him at THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS.

Took an injury and a true freshman QB (who even struggled as a senior in the AAC) for Bama to get its first (and only) win against The University.

Well I guess that put a damper on the Maryland crap. I mean we are in the Sugar Bowl. 

You do seem like the type that would hate watching fine wimminz romancing each other.

After looking at this game a lot closer, and talking to some people, I think Texas is being very underestimated , I think With the right circumstances, Texas could poss pull this one out. Don’t quote me, ima bit of a homer, since I’m “A State Of Texas” fan

I figured Ohio State would at least entertain the idea of bringing in a bigger name than their OC. Admittedly, don't know a ton about the guy, but that is a hell of a job to fall into.

No Georgia was punished for 1 bad decision (even if they punted, the game was tied so it is not like that was the only thing that cost them the game) and a putrid performance against LSU. One play didn't cost them a chance at a National Championship. 

A 20 point blowout loss to LSU cost Georgia.

Dawg fans still use the "what time is it in Texas? 10 to 9" joke. Time to shut them up and get some payback.

I am very PROUD of the Longhorns’ performance yesterday. 
This team overachieved to be in this game.
This staff has shown the ability to recruit talent and teach it to win. 
No moral victories here. We like real wins.
