Vidor's freshman are good but heck they were all shaving at 10-11 years old. 

Both Vidor and PNG are loaded with young talent. It should be some real battles in the years to come.

Any given day you never know what could happen at high school lvl!! I know one thing watch out for the INDIANS next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will help you and put this out there too.  Big Ned reign of winning MCM is over for the next 4 years and starting next season we will have longer playoff runs.  Maybe even a few championship runs.  Lot and lots of talent coming up thru the Rez.  This was an awesome year for the seniors and I wish them luck in their future endeavors. Way to set the benchmark.

The Indians tonight lost to a better team. There is zero to be ashamed about that. College Station is a great football team. 
Congrats to PNG on an outstanding season. Serious question, how long before RJ has the receivers/running backs out at The Reservation getting ready for 2017? I'd say within a month.

Playing a team like PAM this season was great for the Indians win or lose.  That game RJ played with a brace on his knee and was not 100%.  These last few games shows what he is capable of when he is.  Going to be a great game with purple on both sides.  How awesome is it to still have two 22-5a teams in the playoffs.  

The crazy thing this year is people are complaining still, they are beat up and banged up with an 11-1 record.  Last year people complained that they didn't run it enough and they were chasing passing records.  This year it's they are running the stud QB too much.  He's changed his philosophy with what he's got.  That's the mark of a good coach.  On defense they've got average to below average talent, but kids that flat out give you everything.  It could be a lot worse.  Enjoy the moment and cheer on those hard working kiddos.

The last couple of years, I've had to listen to the guys West of the Trinity river say that 21-5A wears the title belt over 22-5A.  Well after going 2-2 in the Bi-District round between the two, I would have to say the belt comes back East of the Trinity with Crosby and New Caney being eliminated and Port Arthur Memorial and Port Neches-Groves moving on to the 3rd round.
I predict it'll stay East next year as well...

Would have never thought we would have been 11-1 with a sophomore QB and all these injuries.... BF and his staff have done a helluva job using what we have... We are not the biggest, strongest, or fastest, but we are INDIANS..... So here we are... 3rd round.... Underdogs..... I like it.... Looks like College Station is up next..... Get ready whoever it is..... Our kids might still ride there bicycles to school, but that doesn't matter.... It's going to be a dogfight......  Once these kids are old enough to drive......Lookout........

21-0 in the second half, Landsharks figured out how to play. Looked like they were doing a much better job of containing the edges. Time to head back to the woods and drink a few cold ones. See ya next year Purps.
