Congrats WOS!! Defense wins championships and I can't wait to see it happen next Friday.  All year WOS has made the best defensive adjustments after a half than any team I have watch.  Good luck and bring it home.

Pearland doesn't have to beat Penn twice.  They just need to beat Cali tonight and Penn on Saturday to make it to the World Series.  Pearland still have two of their studs left and they both throw 72-74 mph with good off-speed.  My opinion is the winner of tonight's game will make it to the World Series game.  Cole Wagner is a good pitcher for Penn, but all he throws is fast balls around 75mph with no off-speed.

 

 

 

12U Section 2

Highlands was eliminated last night 6-4 against West End.

West End vs Orwall play in another elimination game tonight. The winner will play Port Neches for the Section 2 Championship on Friday.

Port Neches defeated Orwall yesterday 15-5 in 4 innings to advance to their 3rd straight Section 2 Championship game in three years.

11U & 10U Port Neches teams have also made it to the Championship games this Friday within their respected tournament brackets.

Lamar you make it sound like your the one playing every Sat.  That would make a good SNL prop, I can see it Lamar wearing his old PNG uniform from his youth football says saying to Coach Toby " I am a winner put me in Coach, put me in Coach"  I can hear that  John Cougar song playing in the back ground " Put me in coach, I ready to play" :P

That would be freakin awesome!! The only thing, if I had to go back to my youth days the colors would be blue and grey. ;)

Next season I may have to check in from time to time to help bring these boards to life. Lamar1996 will be moving to big school football. God help us all!! :)
