I'm loving all of this.  We beat the defending champs from the last two seasons and they now are trying to find ways to satisfy themselves mentally to why they loss.  Couldn't have happened to a better team from the recruiting Mecca.  Just think of the team we could have if we were able to recruit.

Haters are gong to hate.  PNG showed up and beat the defending champs from the last 2 seasons.  SOC was really lucky they were able to stop us 4 times inside the 10.  This game could have been real bad for those recruiting champs.  Proud to be an Indian!!

The score represents a PNG team being coached by former 4th&5th grade PE coach.  I have never seen a team so disorganized in my life.  I feel for these girls.  

Pop Warner football goes down again.  I like the way LH never gave up, but the real football team won tonight.  
 

Big boy football will be played on both sides next week.  Get your popcorn ready.

This is funny....to be 165 lbs and playing nose tackle, I have to give this kid credit.  Not many would want to have his job.

By unique, you must mean youth football.  That is all LH knows what to do.  Their offense is so boring.  Well big boy football is what LH will witness come Friday night.  The only reason LH is even playing in this game is because how weak that Region is and someone had to win it.

 Even got my Canadian born wife to go last year who doesn't even understand football much (hockey, yes, but only rudimentary football knowledge ... but she went crazy screamin' for the Purple and White).   

Very impressed by the PNG passing game.  And the HC has the pedigree!!  They're obviously well coached.

One last note and Indian fans listen to me.  The PNG teams of the 1970's were almost always undersized.   Heck, the starting center in the state playoff game against Plane weighed in at a whopping 175 (Clint Lough).  Technique and heart goes a long way toward winning.  Size is important all things being equal but athleticism and desire can trump size.

 

Sorry, 70's style of football versus 2023 is not even comparable when related to high school.  Size matters a lot today as well as being well coach, which PNG is.  I stick to my prediction of winning by 21 or more points.  If this was a Faircloth coach team, I would retract everything I have said on this thread.  Its not, because Faircloth couldn't get past the 3rd round of the playoffs in 10 years and Coach Joseph will have us going to state back-to-back in just two seasons.  PNG will be the new WOS in the Golden Triangle area as long as Coach Joseph stays around.

This might be one of the quickest games ever played in high school football.  LOL The clock might only stop on first downs and TD's. I believe the score will be very similar to the Rouse team we played.  Our 2nd and 3rd team should get playing time again.

If the weather holds true for all day Friday, I wonder if the two schools would move the game to Saturday.  Not sure the Cubs would travel 2.5 hours and risk the safety of all the kids participating in the event.

Is it the same QB as last year when we played them in Houston?  If so, Mr. Bailey is a lot better.

PNG has a lot of talented girls, but lacks coaching by miles.  Gonna be another long season if things don't change from what I saw.
