Big pharma's pockets are much deeper than average sick folk and people with pre-existing conditions.  So republicans will definitely go with the money. 

Will the border wall go deep enough to block off the existing tunnels. I hear some of the tunnels have a rail system and lighting. The drug cartels in mexico will continue to sell to the US buyers.
