Thats not good at all, harder to come back from more so that an ACL or Meniscus injury (i've had a meniscus tear, crap hurts) i can only imagine what a blown out knee feels like. Didnt that end some NBA player career recently? Shaun Livingston i think?
Only good thing is that it happened now and not at the end of the year.  Recovery time for these athletes now is less than 9 months.  He should be ready to go for next year.
You just now finding that out? Where have you been hiding?  ;D ;D Seals-Jones been hyped since he was a freshman. Dickerson family trait!!
I wonder if the Ags will get him a shiny, gold Trans Am like his cousin.  :D

The kid never leaves the field.
Looks like he is cramping now
Plus, if baseball does not work out there is always the chance to play football again.
He seems to be committed to playing football and baseball in Aggieland.  He may change his tune when someone puts a few million bucks in his face.  [Hidden Content]

 7. Anyone been in this thing?  Is it really comparable to a deer camp? Maybe that's why Ozen beat them.  ;D [Hidden Content]

He has offers from almost every school in the country. That's big time right there
I love what the kid is doing and how he is handling the attention that he is getting, but let's put this in prespective.  He has world class speed and is a heck of an athlete.  But, he will  need a lot of work between this year and next year to be an elite CB, which is what he'll be playing in college.  I don't think he's there yet, but I think eventually, he will.
Doesn't he play safety for Ozen?  At 6'1" 190 he already has the body type of an NFL safety.  Put him in a top college with a good weight training program and the sky is the limit.
 10. Great thread!  I enjoy reading about some of these historical matchups
 11. We are going to try to keep the players of the week to indivual players and not whole teams if possible.  I know defensive stats are way harder to come by, but post them here if you got them and give these kids some recognition.
 12.
What did he do week 0?
6 carries for 68 yards rushing with 2 TD's. 3 catches for 38 yards
 13. The new youngest player in the MLB homered in his 1st major league at bat.  The 19 yr old went 2-4 with a hr and a double.  Looks like the Rangers found them another gem. [Hidden Content]

 15.
holy crap! how do you give up 87 points?
They score a lot of points in 6 man.  I'm going up try my best to make it to a game this year.
 16. There has to be some more kids that deserve some recognition for last night.  Get your nominations in!!
 17. The best part about a game like this is PNG got out of there with a win and they know they need to get to work.  The players and the coaching staff know they didn't play their best, but still beat a really good Silsbee team.  Sometimes ugly wins are the best thing for younger teams early in the season.  They won't get the big head and Faircloth and Co. will have plenty to work on next week of practice.  Both teams should be fine.
 18. Enough with the personal attacks on players.  These are teenagers playing a sport they love.  They don't deserve to come home and have to read this crap both of you keep writing.  Consider this a warning.
 19. Big School- Any changes at the top?  LP & Memorial both with tight games.  Does Central get in after giving PA all they could handle? Ozen moves up after a nice win?  Crosby drops some? Small School- #3,#4, #5, & #6 all lost Kelly & Hemphill got smoked
Jordan Ozen 17-29  415 yards  3 TD's Seems to me like pass defense is an issue when you give up almost 25 yards a completion. 65 yard TD pass and a 73 yarder.  Where these long bombs or short passes with missed tackles?
is that a typo?  :o
Nope!
