Maybe one day they will add that year to the banners. 3 was a little much to add in 1 year, so they saved this one for later. Things were a little different way back then. I don't see the big deal with A&M claiming those except for they waited too long. They had the best record in the country each year.

I would say teams are a little gun shy from all the events that have been happening lately.

Yeah it's sucks for him if he really didn't do anything. Another thing that sucks is the NFL caps the salaries for Undrafted players. On the free market this kid could have gotten a lot bigger payday as I'm sure many teams would have bid for his services. That is the main reason his agent wanted to take his name out of the draft.
