That is not remotely close to being true. Trump suspended a mortgage insurance cut that Obama pushed through 11 days before he left office, so they would have time to review it. FHA was bailed out in 2013 and it would probably be a smart idea to make sure the taxpayers don't have to keep forking out money. It's funny that I don't remember the Libs whining in 2013 when Obama changed the FHA mortgage insurance requirements so homeowners had to pay it for the entire life of the loan(30 years.) Before April of 2013 MI fell off at 80% LTV which is around 9 years in. Obama added 21 years extra of paying MI and not a peep from the left?!? Weird....
