Agreed Crosby has some playmakers on both sides of the ball. When they all start making plays it can get ugly fast. However this district is still very competitive. We're definitely gonna be a problem for the other districts in the playoffs

He should have been good to transfer I assume that a parent working for the district was a legit reason. I just knew he was next up at Crosby. Raw athlete could've been at that safety or corner.

How does that work when someone is employed by the district? The WR that went to GCM was able to move because his pops works for GCM. Could he move back because he lives in Crosby? On another note if someone has a kid about to attend GCM they mights as well move to Crosby. GC aint got nothing going over there.

Probably. There's only one team ranked in the top ten from the Houston area and I think they are severely overrated even though they should represent the region.

Idk who started the myth that Carthage O line was second string or JV or whatever but unless those kids are still out with Covid they only replaced one lineman since then. Go to Hudl or Maxpreps.com watch the highlights of the Crosby game and their last game. Same OL put that ish to bed.

Yeah the district is set. Don't know for sure about teams not wanting to play them. But I believe that the Dallas area has less schools. They should be able to find some middle of the rd. 6A schools out here. They could be at an awkward spot where they're too good for top 5A schools and not good enough for top 6A's. Northshore, Katy teams of that caliber would probably kill them. But that's what they are going to have to compete with in order to beat Aledo. IMHO.

Other than last year they haven't had the cupcake schedule. They at least would have Manvel to play every year.

That cupcake schedule for Marshall is a double edge sword. On one hand you really can't tell if they are overrated or underated on the other they have faced zero adversity at all. If you're a great team thats going to happen anyway but as we saw last year they blew thru preseason and district and damn near lost in the first rd. I still think they take it tho. Amazing program for a team that is barely a 5A
