Is Angletons defense that good or is Crosby offense just cheeks?

Sloppy football by both programs. Neither one of them will get far playing like this.

Both teams making mistakes. Whoever cleans it up first gets the win. Crosby has done a good job so far against Simon but he looks like he’s getting stronger. (This kid is going to be hell for the next two years)

Atascocita read option is deadly but they are going to need more than that. Especially since they can’t stop anyone on defense.

Crosby’s not the ones you have to worry about. Its your neighbors to the east. GCISD should have never let their athletics get this bad. Too many talented kids from Baytown. Glad GCM is on upward trend. Hopefully they fall to 5A D1 next alignment.

Long season for Crosby. Secondary is suspect and the offense may have lost its best weapon for a few weeks.

Prieto could be up by a lot more #1 can score whenever he wants. CHS losing half the OL wasn’t good either😂😂😂.

This is goofy to me. I buy a house and now my kid is ineligible because he’s good at football? UIL shouldn’t have that much power. I’ve seen a case where CPS had to intervene with the UIL because the child was removed from the home. Another case where they wanted to change the child’s custody in the divorce paperwork in order for them to be eligible. This stuff is barely the school district’s business let alone the UIL. They’re going too far.

They call him “Big Holmes” but I think that is his mother’s maiden name (he’s a freshman) . Didn’t see a Holmes on the official roster with that number. Haven’t heard any news on the LT. Hope he’s good.

Crosby DB’s are suspect (IMHO). DL got some dogs. LB core got some dogs but small for 5AD1 IMHO. If the Lee scrimmage is any indication the offense should be really good and not one dimensional like last year. Decent WR’s. Definitely missing West but the RB committee looks serviceable. OL gave the QB time in the pocket and the kid can sling it. If Dayton offense can match it may be a track meet. I can’t see them shutting down the Crosby offense. I’m taking Crosby by 15. If Dayton beats CHS this year I look for them to make some noise deep. Good luck to coach P and the Broncos. (IMHO)

Played Middle School in Crosby played Freshman at BH. Came back to Crosby for his Soph year ff I'm not mistaken. Family is from Crosby. His family is fairly well known.
