I think it's awesome that PAM is in our district now. If we can just get LCM back in place of Livingston and WOS instead of Baytown we would all benefit. PAM benefits the most because WB was the only local team. Less travel for the students and parents/fans. And if you're afraid of having to face tough teams in your district, then you shouldn't be in the playoffs because it only gets tougher. I graduated from TJ and my kids are in PNG so it's exciting for us. The only thing I wish I would see more of are fans from other schools follow and support their kids and local schools more. When PNG went to Baytown we showed up with 3000-5000 fans with an hour drive. They had maybe 300-500 fans and they live there. I thought that was pathetic. I'm always proud to be part of a packed visitors side because it makes it like a home game for the students. And a little secret for all the local schools, your fans are the 12th man in the team. Imagine what it must feel like for our kids to look up and see their side packed and cheering them on. I think that makes them play just a little bit harder. Beaumont schools should take note

Don't sleep on #10!! He had a really good year last year, if he can touch it he will prob catch it. He has been a Td machine since Jr. High. Not sure why he isn't getting more opportunities.  But he is big and physical, and prob the best blocking Wr. Looks to have great concentration! Did anyone see the catch he made last week? Hughes can catch also along with #5 out of the back field. RJ will have plenty of weapons if Vincent takes Mczeil out of game. Should be fun I have been watching football in mid county/PA/BMT/ Orange for a long lime, this game is pretty hyped up. Not like MCM, if both teams stay competitive for years to come should be great rivalry.

Come on guys.... Act like you know football... If for 1 second you think taking away MCZeal with your best defender is a good thing your crazy... I'll take my chance all day with the other Wrs if Vincent is tied up with MCZeal the whole game... This is not a one trick pony show... We have several other receivers that can get it done... This ain't no Vidor talk... It's the truth... Truth..... Lol....... If PAM does not get penetration on the O line.... PNG wins this game... You heard it here first.... Cuz Ole Stat said so......... Hines will get his yards, and Jr. will throw for some yards.... But mark this down....

I can respect that! You are knowledgeable enough to have a conversation with unlike the Vidorian I spoke of. Yes the History of the reservation is very interesting. Historians say from the school property through PN park to the river was home to two different tribes in different era's. It would take an imaginative mind to conjure up a vision of Indian Teepees and burial mounds at the same site we play football games. Yet 200 years ago, that was the location of the only Indian village in Jefferson county. As far as running up the score, Faircloth Tride's can never be accused of that. Love him or hate him he rarely puts 50 on a team, and if he does he has no choice as unforeseen events like  scope and score etc. Or the lack of not being able to stop a dive that goes for 60. He respects his 2nd and 3rd strings effort at practice and wants everyone to play.. im sure not every one is jealous of the program, but the Best thing I EVER  did years ago was move my family to PNG. Say what you will but not many school have the tradition this school has. If you only lived in one city your whole life you will never know there is better places. Home is home true, but I have attended many schools in different states and nothing comes close to PNG. My Lessons are endless. Im here all day.

I've posted many times, that "T" word, tradition, is a huge advantage for PNG, Ned, WOS, and Newton.  For example, in most years, if Vidor (or most teams w/out the T) is down by 14 midway thru the 4th Qtr, their mindset is, We gave it a good shot.  Teams with tradition in that situation are thinking, Let's see what we can do to win this game.  And anyone who wouldn't want that advantage is goofy.  
I agree, Coach Faircloth doesn't run up the score if he can help it.  I'm no football coach, but giving the second & third teams a chance to play, seems like what you'd want to do when possible.  Looking forward to the game.  I'll be following the posts.  If I can get out of my recliner, I'll be going to watch Evadale.

that about sums it up im a homer for sure and I am hard on them at times, but I expect them to excel and win, that is where the fun begins, we brain wash our kids at the earliest age possible, and continue to instill it in their heads all the way till they graduate. In his defense when #22 is constantly making phenomenal plays he definitely deserves to be talked about. I think some of the people on this thread should try to call PNG games and see how easy its NOT. I have heard that they are given MANY rules as to what UIL/coaches will allow them to say and what they are not allowed to say. So when you're constantly having to be mindful of those many rules I dont think its as easy as "just calling the game." I also know they fought tooth and nail to get PNG Radio to the community because so many fans were upset when they couldn't make games especially sell out games like mid county madness. Lets praise these guys instead of talking about how annoying they are because they also do this for FREE because all three of them love the game and love Indian Nation. Lance, Francis, and Rachael do a great job.

Where 6 burial mounds were, Honor pride and the land of tradition was formed and the rest is history. I could go on, The Honor pride and tradition is real! These kids truly care for the community/ program. The program has always been a strong presence on the Texas high school scene. PNG is among the top ten percent of winning programs in all state classifications for all time. For you to call them arrogant maybe they are, but any school would if they had the same Honor Pride and Tradition as these Indians have. And all past Indian teams. So talk your smack which is pure jeliously of the Tradition rich program. I don't get on here often and I won't respond to any of your uneducated comments about PNG. Good luck this week to your team and enjoy playing on these sacred grounds called the Reservarion.

Riggs has slowly become one of my favorite players, the kid manages to make the big play on a frequent basis. I would love to see RJ run a lil more, wish they would go five wide send em deep and let RJ run crazy! What I don't understand is why they don't utilize Mcgown more, last year the guy was beastmode, this year im  like scratching my head.

If a certain PNG WR would actually give a 100% effort Indians would score at will. He missed a for sure TD and when time ran off the clock gave no effort towards a very catchable ball in the endzone! Very disappointing effort on that certain WR!

Even the once in a lifetime team had a district loss... Yep, that would be PNG.......
