the Tilapia i ate was seasoned right but to me mid-portion it had the texture of garfish, didnt like that.

im asking this because i had [b]Tilapia (sp)[/b] for the first time couple days ago and it was horrible! personally i dig into [b]catfish[/b] and [b]salmon[/b].
