Last night at around 830, one of my employee's lost everything in a Apartment fire in Groves. All he was able to save was a few clothes and his Dog. But before he tried to save his belongings he went around to all the other apartments and got everyone out including a blind man and his dogs. He also lost his Christmas cash bonus in the fire. If anyone is interested in helping out please send me a message on email at [email protected]. All Prayers and help are greatly appreciated.

I don't see anything happening probably til after the season is over. Anyone know what the UIL rules have to say about this sort of situation ? Either way both teams are at fault regardless of who started it. Both teams reacted. The UIL could choose to just put both teams on probation for next year. Not much there anyway just a formal form of showing they investigated and distributed fair punishment. Best thing is that no one or no player were seriously injured. Its terrible that something like this happened to begin with, both teams now have black eyes on them from a public perspective. Also the state of Texas now has a big black eye on it because of this. It's unfortunate that this happened. ? Is this going to create a situation in the future that 2 teams that have played can no longer go out on the field and shake hands. Things like this Brawl can actually change the face of sportsmanship in the state with UIL changes.

All the teams you have played in District and Non District have helped the bulldogs to get were you are today. The tough nosed football here in SE Texas has tested and retested the Dogs ability to with stand difficult opponents. I know you guys can win this game and hopefully move on to have a rematch with Vidor. GO DOGS !!!! this Indian is pulling for you !

PNG 4. One was wearing a brace on one leg and the other leg go injured.

The 13 year old girl is a Niece of one of my employee's. I've been on the phone with him since early this morning. I met her a few times, Very nice girl. She spent alot of her time at his house, spent most of her summer with his family as well. He treated her like one of his own children.He was very close to her. The girls mother also spent alot of time hanging out at his house with his wife.  He is very upset and seems lost, but trying to be strong for the family. I told him that thousands of people are praying for his family and friends to help find guidance and comfort. Robert, hang in there, be strong for your family and I pray for God to guide you and give you strength and comfort in this terrible tragedy. God Bless you !

That was one of the best playoff games I've seen in a very long time. The difference was Dayton's kicker. He will be seen on Sunday's as well. I have to agree with everyone. That last PNG drive I didn't understand the pass to Nelson when the short 10-15 yard pass game was working so well. If we had stuck to that I truly think it would have been a PNG win at the end.  Oh well, Congrats Dayton. Glad that a purple team is advancing, even if its eggplant purple, LOL !

[/quote]Crosby and Livingston are games that were played at the beginning of the year. Things are alot different now on our D. Since then our D has made vast improvements. Our D finished second behind Nederlands D. There was only about a 7 point difference between Nederland and PNG's D on points allowed. So I wouldn't expect the same thing as you saw when we played Livingston and Crosby. We are a much better team overall then when those games were played. Lets all pray for a injury free game and safe travel for everyone attending tonight !!!!

Its by Lamar on 69 south. If you ride, there is Cowboy Harley off of I 10 at College street. They have a nice shop and store. Downtown Beaumont has alot of historic homes that have tours. If you take 69 north towards Lumberton the mall is off of Dowlen road. Take the Dowlen road exit. There is Gander mountain across the street by Best buy. In Port Arthur they have the Museum of the Gulf Coast. As your coming in from Baytown heading into Beaumont there is a Visitors center right off of the freeway. I'm sure they have tons of info there. Have a very safe trip and enjoy the game tonight.

This NDN fan will be at Vidor and the Nederlands game after our pep rally. I will be wearing purple.

Its hard to say if you can tail gate at the butch. They may charge you to do it and if you go from one parking spot to another and back to were your car is they will charge you a reentry fee for it. Just venting. Their policy is crazy ridiculous. Can't even go to my car and get my wife a better coat. had to pay to get back in and they didn't even have tickets in the booth. Just took my money, poked there head out the back door and said "he paid" let him back in. They even charged my dad to get back in at half time, all he did was go to his car to get a benie for his head and another jacket. He was parked within 25 feet of the ticket booth. Right in front of it. Had to pay again. They made alot of money off of me for the Central game. I bought alot of tickets to begin with and then I try to do something for my wife and have to pay for it all over again. I like the stadium alot but I am beginning to not like the policies. BTW  GO NDN'S !!!!

I've watched some Dayton video, Dayton has a difficult time stopping a run offense. PNG can run the ball down your throat and then hit you with a nice pretty pass to Nelson for 6. I know PNG is not underestimating Dayton, I sure hope Dayton is underestimating PNG ! Since the beginning of District play our D has stepped up and really made a statement. This game will be a toss up. I know we are all going to see some dang good football played. As far as adversity, as mentioned in previous post, PNG has had to endure some adversity, but the good thing is that with our injuries we have had other boys step in and not miss a beat. We do have good depth that has not slowed us down. Lots of fresh legs to keep rotated into the game.

This game will come down to team discipline and execution. GO NDN'S !!!

BTW my wife is so excited to get to watch the Central band perform. I enjoy watching your drill majors. Those boys are exceptionally talented.

Is the Problem at Central the Coaching staff ? I may be behind the conversation. But that what it sounds like, the boys don't respond to the coaches or there are some very bad apples in the bunch that have brought a bad attitude. Whats your take ?

I think Livingston win and Ozen loss and Livingston is in. For Ozen, Vidor beat Livingston, Ozen win and PNG win and Ozen is in. I think this is how it goes.
