1. I believe PAM and PNG will scrimmage again this year. Should be at the reservation.
2. Some players told me that he applied for a head coaching position somewhere and that he was taking it. I don't know were though. Thats all that I know.
3. No idea yet. I will post if or when I find out.
4. Heard that PNG's DC got a head coaching job somewhere.Don't know were. I do know he has been coaching for 15 years. He is a very good coach and very very good man with lots of integrity. Alot of us at PNG will miss him. But I am very happy for him to be able to move up the ranks and get a head coaching job.
5. What teams are going to have Spring football practice this year ? I think PNG is.
6. Another one that I don't like playing at is LCM's stadium. Not because of the grass, but because the visitors stands are so small ! Otherwise its a nice place.
7. Livingston without a doubt ! Don't go in the rain ! and the mosquito's will eat you alive ! Parking is pretty bad too.
8. PNG will have a very solid core of recievers next year and the following years. Some tall and very fast kids coming up with great hands. Should be fun to watch.
9. I have my dad here who played for coach elmer hot dog thompson. He says to check out Thomas earl wallace. He played from 1952-56. Played full back, and was a passing full back at that. Said the QB had to give him the ball and he would pass it for him. So my dad played in those years. If someone has a question shoot it to me and I will ask him and post his reply for you.

Alot of good weapons returning from a 3 round deep playoff team=experience! Don't see Ozen in the playoffs, LCM will fall off like Lumberton, and Vidor. WHo knows because there's always the teams that sneak up on people.
Miller replacing Doty will make for a different passing attack, but the running game will take away some of the sting.  My biggest concern is the big elephant in the room around these parts, the Defense?? A lot of returners in the secondary and at LB, but that group did not play well last year. Will the year of experience help or is it just what it is? The group up front and DJ are gone that could put more pressure on the secondary?? I think Peveto will make plays at LB and Romero looked better late in the year, but they gave up alot of points those last two games!
Not only do we have the secondary, most of it, returning and some linebackers, we also have Davis who played on the D line and rotated in with THompson and Easley. Players coming up from JV on the D line are good size but very quick, fast and aggressive. Some of these boys will grow alot over the next year. I think our D will be very good next year.
I hear what your saying, but returning a defense that wasn't very good last year is not something that makes you warm and fuzzy. They still have a lot to proove. Hopefully the year of experience makes them better, but pinning your season on hope is rough.
I hear ya. I think the experience of last year will pay off for next year. Spring ball will show alot to us fans.

12.
Greg Lunceford is going to kilgore junior college, DJ Shexnider is going to Trinity Valley which is also a ju co. And i'm (Taylor Thompson) is going to West Texas A&M. i'm not to sure about Doty though. i think he's gonna try to go for basketball.
Congrats on playing at the next level ! We at PNG are glad to see you guys moving up ! Also congrats on last Saturdays power lifting meet. All you guys and gals did a awesome job !
13. PNG will have several in the top spots. Nelson being # 1.
14. What school won the overall meet this saturday in Nederland ?
15. I believe PNG has 5-6 coming back on the offense, and 5-6 coming back on the Defense. The 6th players are rotating players coming back. We will have a good kicker as well. We have a solid core of JV players coming up with alot of size and speed. Should have another good team next year. District will be log jammed again next year. All teams are going to be good in my opinion. I think everyone in District has some great talent returning next year. Should be a fun year !
16.
Local 14 Timewarner
thank you got it !
17. I think PNG surprised alot of people going 3 rounds deep after the start we had. I agree I would like to see as many teams as possible from our area going to the title games.
18.
It all starts up front. This is were PNG will have the biggest challenge in replacing. If you can believe it PNG may actually big bigger up front on offense with Nicotre (6'2 260) Reasons (6'4" 270) Stasinos (6'5" 250), not sure who will fill in the other two spots, but those three are big. The losses will be tuff because they were key leaders like Lunceford and Langois on the OL and Easley, Thompson and Schexneider on D. And anytime you have to replace a record setting QB like Doty, it's tough! Returning players *2010 Starters: 8 (3 Offense - 5 Defense) ** 2010 Significant PT: 6 (3 Offense - 3 Defense) WR *Nelson - WR **Lacour - OT *Nicotre - OG Reasons - C ?? - OG ?? - OT **Stasinos - HB **Hanks - WR ??                                                                      QB Miller - RB *Bertrand CB **Hollier - DE *Davis - DT ?? - DE **Grantham - CB ?? OLB *Louviere - MLB ?? - S/LB *Peveto - OLB **Segler                    S *Sperl - S *Romero
On the D side, you have Mangini (soph this year) big kid, fast. He played DE on JV. Had a lot of sacks. He practiced with varsity. The DT, there are a couple of strong big kids on the JV who were very good at DT who will fit in very well. I see our D rotating alot of players in on the D line next year. With the size coming up they may adjust the D line to a 4 man line. Also we had a freshman on varsity who played in the secondary. Very fast. I also heard there may be some transfers moving into PNG district come Jan 11. One a big O lineman from Vidor. Another from our neighbors. So hard to say, but I see PNG with a more stout D next year with alot more speed.
19. PNG loses several seniors. But we are returning our RB, a couple on the o line and our D secondary will be returning. Most on the D secondary were Soph, Juniors and a Freshman. They will only get better. We return one on the D line. Look for a size improvement on the D line next year with some good talent moving up from the JV. Should have some real good linebackers as well. Our QB next year is good. Same size as Doty but can run the ball better. We have Nelson returning at receiver and there are some real good receivers coming up from the JV. We have some holes to fill on the O line, but there are some good size Sophmores and juniors this year that were on varsity. I look for the NDN's to compete again next year for the crown.
20.
Okay i need some help!!! I will be in Rayburn all weekend and will not be able to go to the game. I know all the games are streamed live online and broadcasted on 92.5, but i will have no internet service and i dont think 92.5 comes in at Rayburn. is there any other way i can listen to the game??!! i gotta keep up with my indians!!
I have a place on Rayburn. I will be at the game though. I do get cell reception in certain areas. If you have internet you can follow on here or on pngindians.com. I have T-mobile. I don't know were you will be up there. I do get a good reception by the dam and at the Dam liquor store.
21. Ha after PNG lost to Nederland they changed up the D. Since then the D has been improving every week.
22.
Should be a great game and you can bet I'll be there. 24-4a is where i am looking for talent. Manvel has 6 linemen over 6'4" and 300lbs. I read in an earlier post that one of Manvel's QBs has an offer. I know factually that 9 Manvel starters have offers and we are looking at 4 on the 2nd string. What we love about m=Manvel's depth is that 3rd and 4th quarters are normal played by Manvel's 3rd and 4th string players.
OK my side hurts now from laughing so hard. Eye's are watering. OH MAN I can't stop laughing. Crap I just shot water out of my nose laughing again !
