  1. according to Websters new 2007 dictionary...

    gillispied: (Verb) Informal - GILL-is-pied

To think something is a done deal, only to have your coach show up at another schools' press conference saying he's going to coach for them.

    Examples:

    1. Man, the Pistons really got Gillespied by Larry Brown.

    2. The Arkansas Razorbacks suck because they were gillispied by a coach from Creighton.

    ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

  2. Hes good.. but hes not better than Brady or Rios from WB... He will be in the future no doubt... Rios was named to the Region III senior showcase all-star team and also the co-defensive mvp of the district... Ive seen all three of them play.. just my oppinion....

  3. first.. j smitty ..  4 players is around a third of the kelly team... second..  i guess their keepr... kirby, and corona are in...  fernando from central ... but its a given.. kelly probably has the most talent on ANY ONE team.   of course this is my opinion.

What does it matter if its a third or 2/3?.. do you relish every oppertunity you get to correct things?.. jeeezzz.. regardless Kelly has the most players from one team that should make it... WB does have a couple that should make it.. the problem with them is that no one particular player had an outstanding year... they played well collectively as a team for the most part... I hope you have found something in here you can correct as well.... ::)

  4. Unless they play ODP then they dont really have a shot at really good D-I.... they could however get a shot at a not so strong D-I program...but... a coach would have had to see a tournement or a high school game played.... how many D-I coaches in the country are at these tournements... not alot.. there are some.. but not as much as at others... if thier high school squads would have played in a dif. area or gone futher into the playoffs than the first couple of round... then that wouldve given little more exposure.. but to probably some D-II or D-III or NAIA teams... and there is nothing wrong with playing at that level... I play D-II soccer right now with players from all over the world against and on my team... its been a great oppertunity and has expanded my level of play... Many MLS and USL players come from that level... and I assure the teams that we play (and the other teams accross the country) are far better than what you have played against or with.. ever yplayer is just as good or better than the players you are used to... and I think there are some players from the area that could have the same oppertunity if they put the effort in... why not at least try???... at least have a shot at it...
