People used to hate the squeaky clean image of Tom Landry's Cowboys, now they hate the bad boy image. Make up your mind.
-
I guess it means they are the best team to lose by the least number of points.

Thanks, my sentiments exactly.

LMAO!!! tvc, what do you think of my post above? Am I crazy or do I hit some valid points that some may overlook?

I never once saw where this clock was a science project or something assigned for extra credit. Has anyone, anywhere expounded as to what a great feat it was to "invent" this clock. Were mommy and daddy behind this invention? I believe that they foresaw the events leading up to this lawsuit. They knew with all the school shootings and the threat of terrorism combined how this supposed clock invention would be received. They also figured the charges would be dropped since no one could question the innocence of a kid. They also knew there would be backlash to his presence after the ordeal and moved for sympathy's sake. Then comes the lawsuit. I think the parents should be sued for allowing their kid to cause such a frightening situation by bringing that clock that looked so much like a bomb (of course, none of them thought it looked suspicious) to a school. Should they somehow win this suit, will it set a precedent so that we can no longer question a muslim carrying a suspicious bag or briefcase, or something resembling a bomb should be thought of as just a clock? I truly hope this never happens, but let a kid bring a bomb to school and blow up one of your kids ( I hate to make this personal but sometimes it is the only way to get the true feeling) then will we hear how the school did nothing to protect them?

A political ploy.

Alfred E. Newman was my comparison to what an aggie reminds me of, especially wiggling his fingers in his ears and giving a Bronx cheer. Now, do we need to discuss Spy vs. Spy? Back on topic, Obama is a Muslim and he will always side with them against us.

If any of them make their way to southeast Texas, we can round them up and put them at Tyrrell Park where they held Japs in WWII. I hope my use of the word Japs offended someone.

Amazing the things people refuse to do in order to make a million bucks, then cry about it when they get cut. Oh well, like you said, adios.

Planned from the get go.

That's a new one on me. On 24/7, they reported that he had trouble learning the offense, didn't take good advantage of the carries he did have, and locker room issues. I guess I was the only one who didn't like the chest bump after the incomplete catchable pass against Seattle.

.....but....but.....all their losses were to sec teams, so they don't really count. Someone needs to inform the pollsters of this fact. Maybe they can rank them @ #24 or something. Lol!!!!

Me too, but I could have scored on that one. McClain trotted in.

Disgrace and LSU in the same sentence. What could be better? Here comes the "at least we dont suck as bad as Texas". Well, with such high expectations, maybe they do!

Alright, we finally got a "W"! Romo looked rusty at times but got the job done. Turbin appears to be a keeper. McFadden playing like I knew he could. Defense playing good enough to win. Still need more QB pressure. Finally hearing McClain's name called again. Sean Lee.....he is simply amazing. You cant tell me the WRs weren't open for Weeden and Cassel. Sometimes you just have to let it fly and not fear the INT. Romo had a couple INTs today but he also had some big TD throws that were tight.

Believe it or not, I was going to post this exact saying. Money talks people. Saban starting over with "NOTHING?" I wouldn't say nothing, but to raise a team from the doldrums (I wonder how long before I see that word used again) to a national power is what truly defines a coach as being great. Saban is not afraid of this at all, plus it would further separate him from all other coaches. He would also have Texas players to recruit from and we all know there is no better place than that. That would really piss off the ags. I was perfectly willing to give Strong a chance, but if a team can get Saban, I think that is a no-brainer. On a side note, look at the views and replies on this thread. Tells me all I need to know as to who is on our minds. Thanks ags.

See what the article said about the Russians? Exactly what I said on another thread. Also the reason I said I hope Obama is watching when Putin strikes. He has already blown their tankers to smithereens.
