I'd move Deslatte to LB and let him light people up. Surely, PNG can find someone to fill RB position. That would strengthen the defense. But hey what do I know. Lol

I would do short passes all year to where Shug don't get hit. I would throw it away if nobody open. The kid has proved himself over and over. Nothing else to prove. I would actually split time between him and the next QB. It would be the "protect Shug" season and I'm not kidding. No more running, and I would sit him against BH! Last sentence is a joke.

I'm sure I can find another one around that tall. Lol What does it matter? The point was PNG will have trouble with our WR's. I don't keep up with GCM, so I don't care what they have or what they do. I'm from PNG, so from time to time I like jacking with the ndn faithful. That's until you call me out on it. I had them going and already got calls from a couple of them. Lol

Our team isn't ranked, but if you look at PNG the last 4 years, the defense is the weak link. How is that saying something negative about thier ranking? I'll wait and allow you disprove the facts.

6'4" and 6'2" with a couple other good WR's. We have some other surprises. GCM in a different district anyways.

PNG secondary will be shredded by BH WR's. We have multiple 6'4" + guys with speed. The problem will be containing Shug. PNG secondary isn't very good guys, let's be honest. It will be an offensive fireworks show most weeks. We have a move in QB that I think will get the job done. BH will be salty this year. There's going to be a couple of good teams sitting at home come playoff time. I feel sorry for 3rd and 4th place team, getting Manvel or FB Marshall first round sucks.

There's going to be some upsets this year.

It didn't. Nederland had a chance in the 7th inn with a runner on 1st and 3rd and failed to score.

Just remember, if our CF doesn't lose a can of corn pop up to CF because of the lights, Ned doesn't scratch a run in the whole game. We can knit pick the game to death. It worked out in the end and the best team in that game won. Let's get it again Saturday.

Just got back. Great game and excellent pitching by both sides. My son has had that same obstruction call against him before. Unfortunately, it was towards the end of the game. Still early, between two really good teams. Saturday should be another good one.

Ned is scrappy with good pitching and good hitters, but so is BH. BH is about 12 deep on pitching and the bats have been hot for the most part. I say BH edges it out in 3 games due to a little bit more pitching.
