Shadow Creek is secretly destroying teams so far. Did they take alot of kids from Manvel? Manvel and Shadow Creek appear to be very good this year. Crosby showed out last night. I would put Crosby as the team to beat so far in D2 Region 3.

Agree 100%, curious to know the size of those kids. They were huge. It all starts in the trenches. The O line was driven our D line into the LB's, so they just attacked the middle. Offense, they gave us pressure, but either we didn't run good routes or QB was inaccurate. Either way, that's why I don't like Spring ball. This group needed two scrimmages. The one scrimmage we had, our 1st Offense only had two series. Two more weeks and they should be fine though.

CCRed, I'm not trying to dog on Crosby, go back to the original post where Cougar14.2 put Manvel and Crosby have been two of the top 5A teams in Houston for the last decade. I simply said that's not true and he responded that someone else said that on another site. He never put anything in quotations, so trying to play it off now . He mad because I gave him facts and he went to his typical downing other programs. He's been doing it for years on here. I don't mind debating, but he still hasn't shown evidence of his original post except some website that had several dozen teams on there. Nowhere have I seen where someone mentioned Crosby and Manvel in the same sentence as being the top teams in the last decade. Manvel yes, Crosby no.

Ohhhhhhh, Cougar14.2, I have the response for you. I don't know you're ready for it or not, but I'll go ahead and give it to you. My info comes straight from the Texas UIL website. I took all Houston area schools in 5A playoffs during your so called "Dynasty" years as being one of a few greatest 5A Houston area teams. The problem is that the UIL shows different and shows Crosby to be a one hit wonder during that 10 year span. The teams were listed as either Regional Finalist or Quarter Finalist in 5A during that span, a couple years we were considered 4A. Like I said historically, Crosby could win 1,000 regular season games, but come playoff time, ya'll for one playoff win and done.
