Don't look too much into this one, I was there. Montgomery isn't very good. Our QB and Cauley went off. Need work on defense like every year. Should contend for a playoff spot though.

Cleveland is far from being competitive in baseball. Going off of last year of course.

Dunham is a senior. He's a baseball kid with a future in baseball. He's a good QB, had a little trouble reading defenses from what I saw last year, but he's got a year under his belt on varsity and should do the job.

I've watched several of their games over the last several years. They don't play as a TEAM and the kids run the team if you get my drift. Not a popular answer, but my observation.

I don't know about TASO, but there is a SETCA all-star game on 6-11-19 at Crosby HS 7 PM. It's the kids from SETX. Not sure if TASO has one this year.

Tough loss for the Eagles. Mine is a senior, but BH returns almost their whole team next year. Baseball should be good for a while.

Porter is a good team. I think they can play with Georgetown. I would live to see a Porter/BH showdown with former district mates.

Winner of Santa Fe/Manvel. Santa Fe won last night 15-0, but I think we match up well. As far as last night game, our starting pitcher gave up 4 runs all of district, had a bad night giving up 5 in first inning. He'll bounce back next week. This team plays as unit and is always picking each other up. It's a different hero every game. It's a very fun group to watch.

The next round opponent(s) must also be contacted to inform them that the deadline will be extended. • Extreme scheduling difficulties such as those mentioned above could result in a coin flip which would determine the representatives to the next round. o A two-out-of-three series that does not get a complete game in by the end of the day Friday automatically reverts to a one-gamer. o If one game is played and a second game cannot be played on Saturday because of weather, then the winner of the game advances to the next round. o If two games are played (and split) and the third game cannot be played on Saturday because of weather conditions, then the third and deciding game should be played on Monday of the next week.

Newer school about 3 years old. Kids mostly from Manvel, I think with the pitching staff of PNG, ya'll win this one. With that being said, they beat a good Bridgeland team who is brand new, but will be another powerhouse in the next couple of years. Their district is super weak except for the top 3 teams. A shame that Sunday can't be added as a day for special circumstances. Most teams our way are scheduled on turf fields. May be some sloppy games.
