  1. 13. San Diego Chargers: Randy Gregory, DE/OLB, Nebraska

Gregory ultimately may wind as a top-five candidate if he can repeat 2014 (16 tackles-for-loss, 9.5 sacks), success that occurred after a transfer in from the JUCO ranks. Nebraska lists Gregory’s weight at 245; he’s between 230 and 255 elsewhere. So, he may fall into that hybrid-rush category — meaning he may not fit everywhere. Gregory also has ample room to develop a rather raw game.

Hopefully he will not get drafter as he will come back for his SR season just like Suh did and become a top 5 pick. This kid will be a force if he gets a little weight on.

  2. The only choice he has on the matter is to retire or ask for a trade that Houston will not make. I doubt he will retire. And a future HOF receiver for a decent back-up QB? Seriously? Lol

Oh and FYI. Johnson has not said a word about "wanting out of Houston". Just that he was frustrated and questioning his placement there. Rightfully so.

But this is a team with the same core players that won back-to-back division crowns in 2011 and 2012. And won two playoff games. They did go 2-14 last year but I believe that stemmed from a lack of discipline and respect for Kubiaks system. Which was on Kubiak. So they got rid of him and brought in a guy who demands respect at every level.

Andre will be just fine. He's frustrated and needs some time to think. At the end of the day, he will be in Houston.

I agree with alot of what you said. If their def can stay healthy mostly the LB's the Def should be pretty dang good.  The secondary just got 2 times better with the addition of Clowney and NT either Tuit or Nix, don't remember off hand which they picked. The opposing Qb's will not have the time to pick them apart like last season. DJ Swearinger will have a huge season and the Texans will win 12 games. The offense will be just fine if they find another decent free agent RB.

  3. Alot of things factor into these guys hurting their arms.  With the pitch counts that little league use today the kids get proper rest in between games. Now we have never played select live pitch so I dont know if they have pitch counts and all that good stuff. I remember back in the day of it was in the 90's but I pitched every game for my little league team. We didnt have pitch counts and stuff.

  4. Maybe she will come turn GCM's girls into a power house.

Well my kids are boys so I dont think I would have to worry about her lol.

On the other hand I didnt realize the other coach was the real builder of the BH program. So let her go where ever she wants avay from our area.

  5. Anxious to see what Houston does. While they do need a quarterback, I hope they wait until the next round and grab McCarron or Murray, if they cant swing a deal for Mallet. Talk radio said that was still in the works this morning.

Also would like to see them Take Murry in the 3rd or 4th round. The later the better. I think he will be there since no one is talking about him.

  6. 53 man rosters. I would guess less than half play on the defensive side.

    ~23 x 32 teams = roughly 736 defensive players in the NFL.

    Y'all named 3.......

I didn't name any lol. I am not saying you can make up a whole league of small school players. But you cant just say hey that kid played at Buffalo so he wont make it in the NFL and in the same sense you cant say hey he played in the SEC he will dominate in the NFL.  And trust me there are a few more then 3 kids from small schools playing and doing well in the NFL.

  7. Thats what i keep telling everyone. Khalil Mack is from a small school in Buffalo. If he went to a SEC school this past season. He would ride the bench.

This could be true and it could be way wrong. How many Defensive players are playing right now that played at Small schools?  Hmm I know one from Troy!!  You cant always use the argument that the kid wont be great due to playing at a small school. Its not always the case.

  8. Ha! Too little too late...should have been done from the get go...Match up GCM, Lee, RSS, BH, Dayton, Crosby and you have a nice little intense local district.  GCM and Lee traveling all the way to the golden triangle for the next 2 years is just lack of macro vision from the school board.

Oh yes now that would be awesome.  Maybe it can happen by the time my 2 are freshman and soph.
