Game speed, I thought it was a legit block and play. With today’s technology and the ability for slo mo, it was a foul, but the refs don’t have that ability. Refs also probably looked away from the hands area, not thinking that Suggs is going to Superman his way up there for a block! It’s always easier to call a foul in slo mo. I thought overall the refs were pretty consistent on their calls and non calls.

Suggs and Juzang will be some special players in the NBA, both of those guys are special players

UCLA played just about as perfect as you can play and still lost! What a heartbreaker for them!

I don’t know if Gonzaga vs Baylor can match that game!

UCLA vs Gonzaga is a shooting clinic by both teams.

Dang, Baylor looks so good tonight. I have been really of the mind set that Gonzaga could not lose this year, but man, Baylor can play with them no problem at all.

So excited my kid got to be a part of it, Trinity University shared the regular (shortened) season SCAC championship with Colorado College and then yesterday Trinity University won the 2021 SCAC conference tournament championship! As a Freshman this year, she only saw 4 total minutes of action over 2 games, COVID restrictions have limited the opportunities for the Freshman on the team this year. As you can see they have a very talented team. Nevertheless she is a part of a talented team and one day will get her opportunity to fill the shoes and legacy the upperclassman leave behind. Go Trinity Tigers!!!

Oh, HJ also needs to force Canyon to shoot outside it looks like. Looking at Canyon stats I could find, they don’t make many three pointers. They do shoot well from the FT line, with exception of first three qtrs against Pinkerton.

The best player on the court will be advantage HJ, just needs to be on the floor for as close to 32 minutes as possible.

HJ’s achilles is foul trouble. If Beavers, Jackson and Sneed start the 4th qtr with 3 or less fouls they win easy! If any two of these start the fourth qtr with 4 fouls it will be tough to win. They need Beavers on the floor controlling boards and scoring on offensive rebounds, Sneed must be able to attack the rim and play at a high speed, Jackson needs to be able to attack the rim, hit some mid ranges while controlling the pace of the game. Also Henry needs to shoot the three ball, if she hits at least three of them HJ should be in the drivers seat.

I don’t understand how U of H, Tech and Baylor are out recruiting UT and TAMU. All 5 schools have some top level coaches, but I would think the big 2 powerhouses would just draw the best to them naturally.

Congrats Hawk’s Josh Lamb was making some bank at the end of that production! Lol!
