could someone please post RJ stats going into the Vidor game and what was his total stats last year

It is clear that the Coach Rep from PNG and BOBCAT101 are in this for 1 thing and 1 thing only and that is to generate as much money for their prospective association/school district as they can correct me if I am wrong.
 
For the President of the STJFL not to be present at the Super Bowl is just another reason why this guy should step down. No matter how you feel about a particular coach you should still have the CLASS to step up and shake those kids hands that started in July with a common goal to win and they did. Look on the OF Association web site their home page is a shrine to BOBCAT101, why would you need a picture of your family on this home page come on  dude are you that shallow you need to have your picture up on a youth football homepage.
 
I guess the simple question would be how can the balance of STJFL Board members allow this type of behavior be the benchmark on how the STJFL is looked at. I need help understanding how 3 guys get what they want and the others just setback and do nothing. Take the PRO BOWL why was it played in Kountze? I took one look at their field and had to ask myself a high school team plays on this crap. Wait , it was played their so the guy from kountze could generate money for his association., like I said it is all about $. Those probowl kids and flag kids deserved to play on a nice field just like those who play in the Superbowl.
 
The BMT SR annd NED W kids never lost focus and achieved what they setout to do from day one and that was win the Superbowl. Those other teams that reached that same success i also congradulate you as well. The 1st highlight  for me was seeing BOBCAT101 moving so slow towards the end zone were the BMT SR team was celebrating thier win as he was going to have to walk the plank of a ship. i also loved the fact that as i walked by all those PNG W fans just stood their with jaws dropped.

I can vouch as I was on the sidelines for the vidor team the coach from kelly that was watching our mprs would actually tell the refs how they were cheating and how embarrassed he was. What's plan ad simple is if that red wouldn't have called back a touchdown that bmt knows was legit they would have lost plain and simple. But it'd whatever our boys know they are great and do not have to cheat or be disrespectful to win.

That game was a hard fought victory for BMT, PNG kids also played hard and  believe their O Line is one of the best I have seen in sometime.

You can always jump ship to another league, like VPATH said you guys had a great year and should be proud. At the end of the day your team got beat and it falls on the coaches shoulders to get their team ready. So next year do a better job of getting your kids prepared plain and simple.

Lamar you make it sound like your the one playing every Sat.  That would make a good SNL prop, I can see it Lamar wearing his old PNG uniform from his youth football says saying to Coach Toby " I am a winner put me in Coach, put me in Coach"  I can hear that  John Cougar song playing in the back ground " Put me in coach, I ready to play" :P

Yea, Vidor put 32 on your team so why not? what has changed? I do recall after a few good pops QB and RB were jumping out of bounds. So we will see if Vidor has their number or if Port Arthur White win this one.

I asked Bobcat 101 about Article II section II of the By-laws that says the STJFL will not dicriminate against any players ability. The answer he game me was ask my local STJFL Rep, I have and their take is no matter the kids skill level everyone is allowed to play. So if that is their take then it would seem to me that the entire STJFL board would have that same view.
 
i am flabbergasted that all the other leagues LCM, WOS , Vidor, BC, West BMT, Nederland are allowing this to happen. All of these issues regarding the punishment towards the BMT and Nederland Coach is directed  by Lum, PNG, and Orangefield.  If I am not correct then show the proof and show were both of these men were allowed to address a full board and explain their side. 
 
Remember BOBCAT101 you made the statement in front of all the coaches the STJFL board is held to a higher standard  and it seems that the way some of you are running this league you have forgotten that you made that statement. We have 2 weeks left and the playoffs start, time will tell how the leaders of each league will handle the election process  come this January. I hope that if those on the STJFL board are really in this for the kids will stepdown and allow some new blood in that can move this league forward.

It seems to me that your team, BMT, PNG W and Ned W Jr  are all doing the same when it comes to getting prepared for Sat and executing what your team is taught. So why BMT/ Ned W Jr  team getting punished? You answered the question pretty much how I figured you would, regarding defense and what is that teaching a kid. Same goes for offense what is it teaching a kid who never runs the ball and has the chance to score but is  being told not to score? I agree there are a number of teams that  are all preparing their kids for the next level and when you see those teams  playing on friday it shows. As you have stated in another post what has been done is done and hopefully those other STJFL Board members will come together for what do what is best for the league. Good Luck in your final 2 games and the playoffs.

Hawk he probably can't tell you what rule you broke but I'm sure he can tell you about the one he broke that no one hears about.

Come on know IceWater lets not go there. We havent broken a written rule in three years. We are respected also. I can come back to the fruit and get all the love i want. Being respected by racist, grownups living through their kids, and just bad people its not a goal of mine. I can care less about what those types of people think of me. And to take it a step further all of the above people laugh and smile in our faces but say and do different things at their board meetings. I'm upset because you and the rest of the league are attempting to drag our names in the mud on the cool, were not criminals and i'm getting tired of this board and the league attempting to paint that picture. I've been quiet because of my son, so if yall want to play hard ball we can!! so lets stop throwing jabs at the two coaches in question here and i will be just fine. You know who i am so lets stop acting like WOS has such great coaching and your the spokes person for how its done. You know how to get in touch with me!!!

For future consideration by the Board

From the By-laws:

Article XVII, Section 1. "Should these by-laws now, or in the future become invalid, outdated, or judged to be detrimental, or in violation of any State or Federal guidelines, STJFL will immediately make arrangements to make the necessary amendments to ensure that this Association be in full and complete compliance."

Article XVI, Section 1. "Any amendment to these by-laws must be made by a 2/3rds majority vote of STJFL board members present and voting at a regular or special called meeting. Each STJFL board member must be duly notified in writing at least 15 days in advance of the proposed vote or change. No by-law amendments will be made after the regularly scheduled meeting in May in the current calendar year of the STJFL. Amendments to the by-laws shall become effective immediately upon a proper vote."

It seems that there is a number of STJFL Board members that have a poor working knowledge of the By-Laws. There are 9 out of the 12 teams that have someone setting on the STJFL Board that i would assume has a vote. It is stated in By laws Article V Section I, says each delegate has 1 vote, and if that association has multiple members holding board position they will have a voice, but only the delegate can vote. My question is did the entire board vote regarding the actions taken against the Nederland and BMT West Coaches?Another question i am wondering is according to the last 2 STJFL board meeting notice I have seen it mentions an Ethics committe, where in the by laws does it mention an ethics committee and who will serve on it  and what do they do ? Is it the entire board , half the board, selected members that the President picks and  who chairs the committee? Even on the meeting agenda for Oct 2014 it mentions appeals under the Ethics Committee update, so I wonder what was said? According to By-Laws all regular meetins are subject to open meetings act, so it should be in the minutes and  any STJFL member should be able to request a copy correct?
 
I guess what my issue is that there are certain members on this board that feel it is THEIR league and they will do what thay want. Those few like to talk about holding coaches and associations accountable, well it is time to start holding them accountable.

So to see what all the hype was about, I went and watched the BMT Sr and Lum Blue game. From the start it seemed that BMT was kinda going through the motions. The last play of the 1st half saw BMT run the ball on what looked like a off tackle play towards Lumberton side and then cut back towards the BMT side and scored a TD with time running out. I believe the score was 21-0 and on the opening kick off BMT kicked it on side and recovered from what I can remember. After that it was pretty much BMT could do whatever they wanted and they did. While watching the game I was trying to figure out what the BMT coaches are doing to make themselves the center of attention. I never saw them scream at a kid , when a kid missed a assignement they corrected him, and when a kid did hid job they gave him high fives. What I did see was missed tackles by lumberton, poor blocking, and poor kick off return. The Lumberton team stayed in and battled against the 2nd/3rd team of BMT and did score twice, I guess they considered that a small victory in itself. I did see a cop at this game for some reason ( i guess the STJFL figured the Lumerton fans needed protection), I also saw at least 10 different people recording this game,plus at halftime a lady from Lumberton left the lumberton side and came to the BMT side to record the second half of the game. The only problem was she had it on the coaches and BMT bench then entire 2nd half. So I can see why these BMT coaches are upset, they are doing what every other dad is out there doing and for some reason because they have a special group of kids someone wants them gone. I will ask this 1 question why is there a mercy rule at the SR level? The reason I ask is most of these  kids will hit Jr High next year were there is no mercy rule nor a daddy coaching them.So why not get them ready for that next level of football.

You cant do it in basketball so how can you do it in football. Youre a daddy ball coach and thats why you dont play with any team out of Nederland because they dont care for you!!! Thats real talk, maybe chuck and brady can thank you for SETX Heat not having any players from the BMT area this year. Sorry brady but you need to get rid of that wanna be!!!
