and how would reporting on Vidor not having "a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of" help BISD in its current situation?

that is the old distraction technic.

when someone points out something your are doing wrong you distract from the real issue. you either bring up race or blame someone else for something.

vidor does have a window to throw it out of. it was painted last week by some vandals….. i saw it on the biased news  :)  

ozen left several people on base in this game.  at least once left the bases loaded.

HJ pitching staff combined for 8 BB and a HBP. Silsbee's Hartman gave up 9 hits but only walked 1 and had a HBP.

 

Of the 13 hits for Silsbee, 6 were extra base hits. HJ had 2 extra base hits of the 9 total.

 

 

HJ had 7 LOB in 5 innings, Silsbee had 6 LOB.

Sislbee has the bats to beat anyone, but not sure who they will pitch.  OF should give the Tigers a full dose of Braxton Smith who beat them in the playoffs last year.  Should be a good game but I'll take Silsbee 7-5............. So GLAD DISTRICT BALL IS HERE!!!!!!!!!

 Really? Walker is not gonna be starting at 2nd base or SS for PNG. For someone to make a comment like this they don't watch much baseball or know much about PNG baseball.Carter Henry will be the starting SS and Michael Hughes will be the 2nd baseman Tuesday when district starts.

i agree with part of your statement.  considering the way PNG line up has moved and shifted i would not be too confident on who will be starting and playing where when tuesday comes.

i guess the DH gets no love in this thread.

I remember all the gloating a few months ago because some magazine rated BISD as something like one of the top 10 districts in the nation. Now it appears as though they are the only district in the entire state that has not been accredited.
