    I think poor Customer Service is a growing problem across the board for many companies.
     
    I'm sure when your cable goes out, they should account for the "pissed off" factor to begin with. Nobody is happy.

    Yeah, but I could never put Blow U in a list like that.

    OSU will have a tough time repeating last years success. I feel like the Big 10 will be a better conference too.

    Brook can be good. RSS could be 4-0 to start the season. They have some good skill players that will be Sr's. GCM will have their hands full.

    Coach Bedford should have just said that aTm was better and UT has no chance of ever beating them again.

    Interesting stat:
