It depends mainly on the Athletic budgets.

Not a bad article about the costs associated with suiting up one kid. [Hidden Content] (This is a year old too.)

What most schools do it print a "strip" that is temporarily attached to the jersey and can be removed. Still, not a viable expense in some districts. It's a luxury item. If you can afford it, more power to ya.
-
For most of us it's cost prohibitive. Like someone said, focus on the name on the front of the jersey. You can't go wrong doing that,

They should play D2 schools. Make things even at least.

Please read and help J.R. Bardin. [Hidden Content]

Fowler on campus= F 250 Hook'em!

Those guys are either A. Scared of competition B. Not SEC ready C. Been negatively recruited D. Being paid by Charlie or Stoops Did I miss any?
-
Man, all these schools cheating and aggie is stuck with that honor system. F-150 or bust!
-
It takes 3 years to build a program and about 5 years to go from SEC upstart to laughing stock. Now put on an apron and make us a sandwich.

Sterling lost a senior, 2 year starter on the o-line to a broken foot on day 1. Not sure if he will play this season. We will see what kind of depth the Rangers have up front.

Where in the world is Smokin' Baby?

Ran off on the plug twice. -
The worst NFL team would steamroll the best SEC team. The SEC has great athletes, but let's put down that Tunsill mask.
-
I understand that. That's a parent problem, not a UIL problem.

Played or not, once he entered high school he is only eligible for 4 seasons. Sterling had a very good player in the late 90's that aged out his senior season. It's just how it is. There are just no 19/20 year olds legally playing high school football. West Lake has plenty of pull.
-
I don't see the problem here. He's played 4 years of high school football. He's done.

Total enrollment. Deer Park has two campuses- one enrollment. In GCCISD we have 3 high schools and an Early College High School. Then, we have POINT alternative. Not 100% sure how those schools impact enrollment. The Impact Early College kids can participate in athletics at the school they are zoned to. If I am not mistaken, that was one reason GCM was moved into 6A since many of those kids were added to their numbers.
