  1. This will be a big game for our defense. The QB for College Station is a legit dual threat. They are a bigger team and faster then we are. But our boys play with more heart and they have the pride and tradition behind them and playing at a stadium that favors us. Just play your hearts out young men and you got this. We as fans have your back.
  2. Herman is loading the moving van. The alums are probably waiting at the airport for Strong to get there.
  3. I've heard rumor we were going to try to get NRG stadium but I find that hard to believe. If I had to guess probably Conroe are around that area.
  4. What gets me is people coming on here writing a novel complaining about people complaining.
  5. I was just stating a fact. I know what happened to Lane. I have known the kid since he was 5 years old. I was just saying he can spell Lejune when others were saying pull the freshman up. So chill out. If you want to talk about Jaylon, he is running very timid this year. If you want to talk about Noah, he is the H-Back Not the R-back and he does a very good job there. If you are going to come on here and argue at least know what you are talking about.
  6. Holden Lane was pulled up from JV and is a beast. They didn't use him much on JV but when they did he would carry 5 or 6 guys on his back. For whatever reason they refuse to run him much. With the situation now maybe you'll see him more.
  7. The JV does not suit out for the playoff games. I know because my son was on JV. The only other kid that I know that has played QB before, as a freshman, on varsity is a sophmore Dakota Baxter. The freshman running back you are refering to is a beast but you can not expect him to be called up and preform right away. The coaches will figure out what needs to be done. We sure don't need RJ running the ball the whole time though. There also was never really a true QB on JV.
  8. Yea. I'm still working out of town so I wasn't in this weekend. But I will be in for the game and I think it will be an exciting one. This will only be my second game to see but I already knew what to expect from Shug. It's the defense I was somewhat impressed with. Hopefully we will see y'all there.
  9. Mine will be out there also. I'll tell him to look for him.......explain this to me though please. BH refuses to be moved in our district so they have to put Livingston in there but, BH will come play a playoff game in our backyard and they're the ones who had it reserved. PNG had Stallworth. Just doesn't make sense.
  10. You can't recruit as well at PAM as you can at WOS. Thompson wouldn't go because he would be competing with Neuman for the kids.
  11. Herman for sure. Larry Fedora would be another one they may be looking at. They may even fill out Les Miles. Maybe even talk with Art Briles and see what he thinks about coming in on a tight leash.
  12. I believe they have already talked to certain coaches, or their agents I should say, and have made offers to them so at the end of the season the transition takes place quickly.
  13. If he doesn't fix this defense at the half and loses this game Strong is gone. Maybe not during the season but immediately after.
  14. If I'm the Cowboys doctor or part of the organization Romo's vertebrae would not be healing properly and will need A LOT more time to evaluate it.
  15. Les Miles will be out st LSU after yesterday. Tom Herman would be a great fit in my opinion. I believe he would bring LSU back to a NC contender.
  16. Is there a Lumberton station to listen to. I can't get 92.5 stream over here.
  17. That kicker will go D1. He's HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the rest.
  18. Any idea when this league will start?
  19. Here's my opinion on this. He is saying he is protesting the violence against blacks in this country. I am not a racist person. The problem with this country is the disrespect of law enforcement. I don't care what the color of skin is there are numerous idiots who disrespect the law. Our police officers risk their lives everyday dealing with idiots. Yea, we people that work in the refinery business put our lives in danger every day also but it's not the same. We can control most situations that come about because of technology now days. These officers go out to uncontrolled environments and have no clue as to what they are about to get involved in. If you are a licensed hand user and someone confronted you and put his hand in his pocket. What would you do? These cops go into life threatening situations and want to get back to their families alive. The problem is, take care of your child at home and he want get in a situation that the cops need to be called and may have to pull a gun on them.!!!
  20. I had the privilege of coaching Roshon when he was younger and I will say he is a great young man both on the field and off. He is something to watch when he gets in the open field. Biggest thing is he gets it done in the classroom and that will help him when the scouts really start looking at him. It will be interesting to see what he does in the future after last night but it looks bright. Wish I could see it instead of having to listen to it on live stream.
  21. Reports are he could possibly go home tomorrow. I'm just a friend of the family but thank you for all the prayers to help him recover from this.
  22. Thought they were suppose to be hiring a football coach not a UFC coach. Rumble in the jungle.
