I have a question for the L-Train faithful....Would Lumberton be able to stay on the path they are on with someone besides Creduer?

Welcome to the board. Nice "first" post. You certainly were able to make generalizations and talk a little smack. You obviously have done a good job of studying the boards for the past 2 years because you have those parts down.

I really don't believe that any college coach worth his salt would sit on the sidelines and criticize a high school coach to a group of disgruntled parents. If a coach did that then that college coach is an idiot. Maybe what needs to happen for PNG to win is NEW PARENTS.

This is really a stupid thread. Along with all of the other talk this week about a possible rematch between Dayton and Lumberton. both teams have to deal with opponents Friday night that are worthy of respect. NO ONE gets To the 3rd round if they are not a good team. Good luck to both teams tonight. A rematch would be great, but first things first

I think that Dayton is playing the Crosby Cougars....Right.....Nice Rings C4L. Good luck polishing them. I know why C4L is so happy about the Broncs getting sent to Crosby. He does not want to face them in the 2nd round. Makes perfenct sense to me now.

You can't call a 63-0 a fluke. 8-7 is a fluke. But Ned. will have to make adjustments and hope that Lumberton cannot perfect Dayton's defensive strategy. Otherwise Ned's streak stops Friday Night.

How many interceptions did Dayton have against Lumberton? Three I think. I wouldn't brag about your big passing night against Dayton.

I really wish PNG fans would stop using Crosby as a gage of how tought their predistrict games were. La Marque yes, definitly. But Crosby c'mon.

I agree with the picks for the most part and I am not trying to hijack this thread, but wasn't Ozen in the playoffs almost every year under Brooks? and what have they done since?

PNG fans always bring up the history. This is what the history is good for: The history makes for some nice signs on your scoreboard that is all. sorry I did get that mixed up. I meant to say LCM, I will go back and edit that comment. But I still stand behind what I said. PNG has more to prove in this game than Lumberton. Lumberton is undefeated and has 2 Quality district wins. The only team you have beaten that was any good is NEderland. You still have to beat Lumberton to prove that you are worthy to be at the top of 22-AAAA. Or if you don't you have to beat Dayton and Central

Lumberton comes into this game battle tested. It may really be a test of PNG. Lumberton has already beat two quality teams in Central and Dayton. Say what you want about the records of their opponents. PNG has beaten a weak silsbee, a weak LCM, and a weak Ozen(not very convincingly either) and they have 1 quality win against Nederland. PNG gets to show everyone this week if they are for real. Beat Lumberton and PNG will prove they are for real. (edited to replace LCM for Vidor)

Not sure I would call Sulphur a powerhouse. Yes they are good for SW Louisiana, but they dont really rank with the POWERHOUSE Status. Now that being said ........GREAT WIN FOR KELLY.
