To all the Dayton fans hating their team right now. Get a life and quit living vicariously through high school KIDS.  Y'all have had a good season and are in the playoffs AGAIN. Get over yourselves.

Why does it always have to be a 40 yard bomb? I said it was sad because I believe this offense has enough weapons that they could be scary good. This will be the 1st real district test for summer creek. It should be interesting Crosby won't want to lose two in a row. If summer creek can stop the run they will win. If not it will be a high scoring game. I pick Crosby to win by 6 Pts. 48-42

Maybe this should be under a new thread, but Liberty's problems in athletics start with the school board. Lots of meddling and political games that the want to play. New coaches won't fix that.

Didn't he come in with the new coach? I thought that they were together  prior to BH also.  Maybe he got a head coaching job.

[/quote] I think you are on to something WOSGrad.  I think there are several reasons for the decline. 1.  The enrollment at Liberty seems to be declining every year.  Fewer students means fewer athletes to choose from. 2.  The Board in Liberty has serious issues.  They want to control aspects of the Athletic Program that they have no business trying to control. 3.  The Administration in Liberty (Central office) does not have a commitment to making the athletic program successful. And BTW you are right about Jeff Stewart.  He is a good FB coach.  I am surprised he has not tried to get a job somewhere else.  He would be a good fit in a lot of places.
