I think it's unfair to blame the DC. Everyone has a right to an opinion but  I can't sit back and let this guy take the blame.  Here is an example: My son plays defense.  First play of game my son bites on the RB inside. QB takes it to the house.  Coaches preached and preached about this all week in practice.  Not to mention how I harped on it myself. But these guys know 1,000 times more then me or anyone on this board. My 16 year old son made a mistake.  Not the DC's fault. I'm man enough to admit and I dont have my daddy goggles on to know it was a missed assignment.   Can't blame the coach.  Let's not forget these are young men out there giving there best effort.  Sometimes things happen. My son is still beating himself up over that.  Coaches can't play for these young men. Will he make another mistake before the season is over? Hell yea he's 16.  But to blame the coach is really unfair.  We got alot to work on.. true fan is on board through good and bad.  Next week it might be defense bailing out offense.  Get on board or get out of the way

1. #27 runs scared? He had 17 carries for 86 yards. Avg. 5.1 a carry  1 TD .plus a 72 yard TD return.
2 corners are weak? The defense gave up 273 passing yards to a Alabama commit  who has 728 passing yards in 3 games averaging 242 a game passing with 11 td's.
3.ran around end all night? How did #7 the fullback end up with 14 carries for 80 yards and a TD?
4.D-backs too slow. We had two sophomores back there starting there first game due to some injuries. Going against a quality QB and a team with 1512 total yards in 3 games.  That's a avg. Of 500 yards a game.
6. Politically correct? Get your facts straight before u start calling anyone out. Especially kids.by the way my name is Corey berg.

@dimlaws - Yes I understand Bro on the perception of it. Especially with all of the colleges that are in the market for his talent but they said some of that same crap in the year of the Olympics when the black guys held their fists in the air! Your son is an impressive young man and is going to do great things! I just want these guys to understand that every black kid is not a thug and their are black fathers who are investing values into their kids! All of them are kids and will make some mistakes throughout their lives. Simply put that is what builds character! Where would I be without peaks and valleys!!! 

Didn't central go 6-4 last year? I agree that Toby is a good coach but let's slow down a little bit. He had the most talented team in the district and still couldn't win it. Let's see what he can do this year

Yea how dare they report stuff like this. BISD provided a delicious and nutritious meal for all there kids in the district today for lunch. Why don't they talk about that!! ;)
