Lumberton has a pretty decent team it looks like. Looking at the region it’s pretty weak overall though let’s be honest. Kilgore and El Campo look to be the only other tough outs besides Lumberton. So yeah until Lumberton runs into one of them based off what we have seen so far they shouldn’t face much of a challenge until then.

I also predict Sealy to win out and finish 4-2, same for Columbia. If that happens… You’ll have a 3 way tie for second between Sealy, Columbia, and Brookshire Royal. La Marque despite starting 2-1 will finish district going 0-3 vs the three teams mentioned above. If they were to somehow win a game vs those three that would definitely throw a wrench in things. With all that said this district will have a tough out in bi district vs the Silsbee district. I do think Bellville has a good team and should win their matchup vs whoever ends up 4th. We (Bellville) scrimmaged Columbus. They are good. Great QB play IMO.

I’ve said it all season ….. We don’t wanna see WOS in any round… I don’t care where they finish in district… with that said… I’ve been very conservative in my evaluation of my Brahmas this year and I will continue to be. The only thing I’ll say and stand by is this… if your team rather it be WOS, Jasper, or HF doesn’t play good in the trenches then Bellville will be a tough matchup for you.
